One thing they dont do and which is very frustrating is change gloves between customers. Also when asked to prepare a vegetarian sandwich is NOT OK to use the same knife which was used to handle any meat. I am not a vegetarian but I witnessed a vegetarian customer struggle to get them to change gloves and not mix their food with regular.

Employee was nice but they had no vegetables troubles and really not enough enough product to even make a full sandwich

It was busy but they were fast. One of the best Subway I have been to made the subs I wanted perfect to my liking without any graphic explanation.

DON'T GO HERE! No one greets you when you walk in, you have to wait until the employee is done texting before you get help. Then she goes and gets another girl from the back to help. The girl walks up to me with a dead stare. Still, no greeting or asked how she can help or what thpe of bread I want, I was expected to read her mind. I'm like "hello to you too" continue with my order since this employee has not said one word. She toasted my sandwich but never asked if I needed another one and she got an attitude after I told her that I needed another sandwich. She slammed the Bread down. Moved super slow, took up my entire lunch trying to get some food. I walked in being the only customer and I was still waiting to be helped when another Customer walked in behind me and witnessed everything. By the time she was done helping me, there was 4 other people in line waiting. She didn't ask if I wanted a drink or cookies or anything. She looks and me and says "is that it? " Like I'm sorry I inconvenienced you by walking into this location. Don't go here!
Update my husband said his bread was hard as a rock!

Don’t come here if you except a normal amount of meat and toppings on your sandwich. They will give you 3 olives and 2 pickles and then get mad when you have to ask for more continually. Customer service is awful. She didn’t speak a word to me. Don’t go here. Go to another one with people that actually care.

Would not recommend this location. Closes at 7: 30 and is always out of products on menu. Terrible management.

Idk know what it is about this location but the workers here always treat the customers very well. I wish I got the name of the two gentlemen who were working the rush hour today, but they have the best attitudes! One had short red curly hair, the other had longer straight hair. They made my day with their happy positive vibes. I hope the best things in life happen to them. Thank you for making my day and I will pay it forward.

Keep shorting slices of ham on the footlong. Have to ask Everytime to put 8 slices on a foor long. Once had 4 slices, next time 5. Just put the 8 without me having to ask why keep shorting. Increased prices and keep trying to short the ham.

Very poor Management at this location. My Daughter worked here for her first job and it has been a disaster! She didn't get paid when she started and had to wait over a month to be paid. They always short her hours. She was required to close the store by herself at 16 with no help or training.
So last night the store was packed and she called her boss to ask for help since she was the only one there during dinner rush.
She was told to deal with it then told to close the store and go home that she was terminated! She had never been written up or anything. She wasn't the only one not paid and being taken advantage of.

Very unprofessional and the food quality is scary! Green chicken, gross! Same veggies put up and out daily without changing to fresh veggies.

There are way better locations to choose from

We've always come to this location and since they've switched management again we've gotten bad service. The Hispanic manager is quite rude. Everytime we come in we seem to always have issues with her. Not a good place to go get a sandwich. Stay away from a meal from anymore

I don't know what ingredients they are using but they need to change asap this subways has THE WORST food, almost made me puke

My husband went to this location, he asked the guy to heat up the meat before assembling the sandwich because the meat is always cold no matter how much the toast it and the guy said “I don’t know how to do that”? Then he prepared the sandwich in a very sloppy manner and when my husband got home (we live 3 minutes away) the sandwich fell apart when my husband tried to pick it up to eat. He lost his appetite. Very disappointed. We’ve never had an experience like this before at this location. Please do better.

Great food and service but why is this the only location I've been that doesn't sale Rotisserie chicken? Been to many locations enjoying the rotisserie chicken it's my favorite! Also where the Roast beef? BRING BACK ROTISSERIE CHICKEN LIKE ALL THE OTHER LOCATIONS!

The staff was great. Friendly, fast and efficient. The restaurant was very clean. I will definitely visit again.

The worker, a guy made my sandwhiches and on my hubbys steak and cheese sandwhich when he went to toast it he told me they have to toast it with all veggies on it. Which that did not seem right. And that they have to put ot in a brown bag to toast it. Well my hubbys sandwhich came out burnt on the end that was hanging out of the bag. And once the guy went to get the sandwhich out of the bag he couldnt get it out. So he stood it up and all of the veggies fell out of the end of the sandwhich into the bag. He did not fix it he just left it that way and wrapped it up and put it in the plastic bag.
