Subway, Tomball TX

Came in for a footlong sandwich on the Italian herbs and cheese with mustard pepper jack cheese turkey and ham and light tomato; sandwich maker proceeds to grab mayonnaise and puts a large glob on top of the sandwich after I insisted not to, she proceeds to try to recycle my sandwich by taking the knife and wiping the mayonnaise off I completely refuse because that's completely disgusting. I shouldn't have to sit there and ask for a new sandwich whenever your sandwich maker screws up honestly I should be calling health and human services.

My partner ordered a sandwich on Italian herbs and cheese bread, turkey and ham, mustard, lettuce, TOMATO, pickles, salt and pepper.
When the girl in the shop went to do the condiments she grabbed the mayonnaise and even with him constantly saying “NO! Do not put that on my sandwich, no, no, no, stop! ”
She still put a massive amount on my sandwich. When he told her why did you do that, I didn’t want that on there. She then tried to wipe it off.
He can’t eat mayonnaise! He can’t eat eggs!
He had to tell her to make his sandwich over again. When he tried to tell her what he wanted on the new sandwich she kept ignoring him and kept trying to close his sandwich before the veggies.
When checking out, she tried to charge us for the sandwich SHE messed up that we weren’t even getting! He had to tell her that we will not pay for that one and take it off; she looked at her co-worker and he even looked at her and said what are you doing?
NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!

Don't order online! They won't add everything you want. Also inordered cookies and didn't get them. I rather watch them make me my food the way I want.

A bit busy. One employee needs to change the way she asks questions. Always asking "what else" after everything gets a bit irritating. The dining room and ladies restroom were dirty.

Ladies who work here are nice! I'm lucky each time I go it is at the right time because when I checkout there is a long line.

There was not enough staff to take care of the busy lunch hour.and some of the staff there didn't know what they were doing

I would suggest the employees get high after work. They could not function. Asked me how to make a chicken bacon yall Just wait till works over

This guy is INCREDIBLY slow, with no recognizable reason why. Me and my friends ended up pacing around waiting for him to do anything. And the guy in the back never offered to come help even though there were 3 of us and 1 guy when we came in. INSANELY slow. Couldn't even joke it off.

When you walk into the restaurant you just get this beautiful smell of bread i love it. My sandwich tasted really fresh im happy.

Do not go to this store. They are the worst at making your order. When you call and complain they will act like it's your fault that they are incompetent. I would've gave 0 stars if I could.

Some rude short lady made most of my orders and they came out wrong. I asked for vinigar and they gave me olive oil. Toasted my sandwich with out asking me if I wanted it toasted, which I didn’t. 0/5. There’s a better subway in the same parking lot as hobby lobby, in tomball, across from Walmart. Also, nothing is fresh. All the veggies have little no no crunch, soggy, pathetic haha.

Friendly, efficient employees. My first time at this location. One guy working alone when I first came in. Two people ahead of me but everyone was happy to wait. Another employee came out to help & things went very fast. The smell of fresh baked bread makes you so hungry! My food was delicious & I will definitely go back. Nothing better than a home-made sandwich!

Do not go to this Subway. The employees don't want to be there.

I recommend you go to any subway but not this one.

Subway is Subway. It's like McDonald's. Anywhere you go, you can be sure of what you are going to get. This Subway was clean. The people are nice. The food is good.

The staff is very rude here. I waited at the counter for five minutes before the guy behind the counter even acknowledged that I was there. He was to busy changing out bread. Then the bread that I received was stale and not very appealing. The dude had his name tag on the back of his hat so I can't say who he was but not cool. Then he didn't even put the full amount of meatballs in my sub. And remind you I was the only one in line. Later the other employee comes out eating something and begins washing his hands in what looks like the prep sink? A little sink just behind the register, I mean at least he washed his hands before he went back into hiding in the back with the other guy. Just bad customer service all around. Spend some time and go to the one in Pinehurst they are smaller but the food is fresher and the staff 100% better.

We literally just tried to call this subway 10 times to cancel an online order because we ordered at the wrong subway and they never picked up. We’ve never been to this subway before & now I know why!

This employee Carlos Alvarado is a great guy and employee. Very nice and said my pleasure when he took my order.
