13The bathrooms in the female area are horrible. Just as bad as a stink port a potty. Absolutely gross!
Ordered through the app. Arrived to get my food was told they didn't have cookies. Asked them to take the cookies off and for money back for cookies. Told they don't know how to-do that but was trying to give me cookies I didn't want.
The workers are very kind, they provided me with the best customer service. The food is as good as their work ethic.
We ordered thur the app for pickup. Was told be ready at 5: 50pm pulled at 5: 48 and had not even started making our order. The place was not even busy. Why offer app orders if the you not going to make the orders till we get there? Makes no sense.
Poor customer service. I arrived 20 minutes before close and they would not service me. I get it change the hours online to the correct closing time and lock the doors.
Something has changed at this restaurant! I won't order from here, anymore. Customer service SUCKS! They put way too much mayo on the sandwiches & they forgot to give our chips & cookies. Manager said my brother forgot to get them! No the manager forgot to give them to my brother!
Food was good but they charge me 3 times and told one of the workers and they said they dint but it showed on my banck account they did
They were really busy but they were working hard and moving us along like a well oiled machine.
I eat here 2-3 times a week. The staff is always fast and polite. I am never disappointed with the freshness or quality of the food. ️

Well this is the first time, in 2 years, that I've been disappointed. First of all, I couldn't order our sandwiches, online. The website was saying that the Meatball sandwiches weren't available. The store said I could go in & order but I wouldn't be able to get ma free sandwich that I earned points for! Second, I tried to use my $2 coupon & it said there was an error with the site. Then, then, then, I get home, & I'm only a block away, & my Meatball sandwich is freaking soggy! I couldn't even hold the bread! I had to put the meatballs on regular sandwich bread. I understand that Meatball sandwiches will be a little soggy but come on!
I just love each and every Subway. They just have the most healthiest food for everyone to eat.
It was great for the grand kids, I didn't have to cook again, so that's a 5 stars.
