2The restaurant staff had one guy cleaning the place up. He hollered three times that there were customers in the lobby. Nobody came. He had to go to the back of the restaurant and tell them there were customers waiting. The girl that came to make the sandwiches seemed like she was just not happy to be there at work. The guy that was checking us out after the sandwiches were made said they were out of cookies and closed in an hour. He very well could have thrown some cookies on a tray and started them. They would have been done within about 20 to 25 minutes. But, nope. Absolute refusal to make them. There were 4 employees in the store. It would have been pretty easy to make the cookies. I am giving 2 stars for the behavior of the employees and unwillingness to do their jobs. Both myself and my wife have worked at Subway before. They are just bad employees.
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. During lunch hour, it is usually very busy and can take a while to get through the line, but today, I had no problem it was fast made well and tasted great.
