Subway, Big Spring TX

Ordered online at 3: 50, order was supposedly going to be ready at 4: 15. Arrived at restaurant at 4: 10 and waited until 4: 30, asked for my order and it hadn’t even been started. Asked for a refund and was told they could not give me a refund. Claimed to be short handed, when 2 of the female employees went on break to complain, gossip and cuss with kids in the restaurant. After they finished their conversation, one went around back to make a sandwich for her friend. Walked out, will be reaching out to manager to get refund and not give any of my business ever again

I am furious. My friend was an employee here and the owner laid his hands on her physically and shoved her. They are rude and mean to employees and customers do not go here it is the worst fast food establishment in big spring if you want subway go the the subway inside the TA

Great restaurant, very clean, great staff. When you get great service, it just makes the food taste even better.

Stingy on the amount of meat and vegetables used on sandwiches. Could not believe how bad it was. Also whoever was running the place had the kid working behind the counter so nervous, it was ridiculous with the way the manager was chewing him out in front of the public

This is what I got for on Gregg St after I asked for 2 Rotisseries and turkey ONLY for the vegetables lettuce, pickles and cucumbers. Just the disappointment after I asked for more vegetables the owner copped an attitude like he was the one paying for it. As you can clearly see it’s under the mark from all that I added remind you I haven’t ate in almost 24 hrs so I was hungry. 8/18/21

Worst Subway ever. Sandwiches all smashed looked almost no toppings. I'll never be back. The one inside the TA truck stop is now much better

Clean and food was okay. Employees wearing masks but not over the nose which defeats the purpose. I'm sure it's a corporate policy but at least wear them correctly.

They had to restock so they closed around after 1pm when it should be doing it as they go and they'll be able to stay open and make money and serve us the customer's that make them money ok? If the big boss's find out their losing them money, may not have a job and so many don't have customer service to even whisper about or even speak about, i don't even see a orderly fashion, either rude or manners so to me ain't worth the disappointment and for most part I am talking about other establishments in town.

The sandwiches were made with fresh ingredients and were very tasty. The manager was right there to insure a great customer experience.

My fiance and I ordered today and food was undercooked and the manager had an attitude never offered a solution just got defensive about how he knows for a fact it wasn't undercooked but photos don't lie they said they toasted it also lie the bread wouldn't be soggy and wet if it was toasted

Awful. Rude. Skimpy on veggies. Have to ask them repeatedly to put more as the manager stands over their shoulders, shaking his head. I'm paying for it so make it as I asked. Sandwich always falls apart bc the employees do not care to assemble the sandwich with any thought. I'll pay more at the one in the TA before I go back to this place.

This owner is standing over is workers and barking orders. I ordered a sandwich and did not get one of the meat options and asked for more of the others. No substitutions! I asked for more vegetables. No that is the order size! A 1/8 cup of lettuce is not a vegetable order size. Working in the food service industry, customer service and satisfaction is what keeps your business open! Not going there again!

Male Manager hung up on me. Used doordash and had an amazing driver, but both of my sandwiches are uncooked with the bread, was never toasted. Manager tried to argue with me when I offered to bring both of them back to request a remade order or refund. The girl I talked to on the phone as well was nice and the Manager was making her deal with my order because he didn't want to listen. The bread inside is slimy and disgusting.

My family always orders different and sometimes complicated things, but this place has never let us down.
They get the order right every time!
They are open pretty late, and they give fast friendly service.
I do miss the Roast beef and lack of cheddar except shredded, and no yellow cheese which is my favorite, but all in all, they do a really good job of getting it right. Thank You!

Twice I've gone to get a Sandwich and never again. Especially yesterday, I was served old sandwhich meat. Currently super sick and can't even get out of bed. A couple of hrs after I ate there I started throwing up and haven't been able to eat again. Which isn't good because I'm pregnant.

Was good but they didn't add my toppings despite reading it back to me in the drive thru.

Terrible service, took over 30 minutes for a few sandwiches, the employees were standing around talking only one was making sandwiches, will not be back this is not the first time do not recommend.
