Yea this place is a joke. My philly had about 1 oz of meat on it. Not the first time it's been like this. Either train ppl on making subs or stop being such a cheap owner. Will not be back.

Drove up there and they said we only take cash rn. So I went home, got cash, came back and began ordering food. Whilst making my subs I asked "how long has the wifi been out", they were like "all day, started at lunch", I replied "man, must've been a rough day", then they said "well, yea, had one guy that had a coupon but since our systems down we can't do coupons either". I reach in my pocket to pull out the coupon I was gonna use and was like, "omg, really!? ". They were already putting on the toppings at this point so I was kinda stuck. Only had a hundred dollar bill that I went back home to get and guess what, they proceeded to say "we can't break hundreds, my manager got mad when I broke one the other day". They have only been taking cash ALL DAY! Luckily the lady in front of me had change. This was my experience, do with that what you will. Not sure how much longer this location will be around with service like that. I can understand technical issues but the whole thing taken together just blows my mind.

maps says they close at 10pm. The door sign may say 9: 00. Regardless. Showed up at 8: 45 to order two small sandwiches and they said "We're closed. " Not even "Sorry, we're closed. " Guess they wanted to get home early. Guess I'll never go back either.

Had someone else finish making my sandwich. Not sure if the person who finished making my sandwich was in the right state of mind but they loaded the sandwich with black peppers and he handed out brown paper diaper from the employee to use for when he asked if I wanted napkins. Do they not provide regular napkins anymore?

We got to the location at 9: 30 and the worker proceeded to look at us, and deliberately lock the door as I walked to restaurant. The hours clearly state that it is open until 10. The customer service during the PM hours is very disappointing.

I don't know how in the world they can make the sandwich so thin. I ordered two footlongs. My teenage daughter and I didn't get full from the sandwiches at all. This is absolutely ridiculous.

I was a little disappointed with how all the sandwiches were being handled. Before making my order the lady was working with ham (I’m w Muslim and don’t do pork) - she didn’t change her gloves and started making my order. The 2 knifes that they are using are being used for meat, Vegi, and pork items. It’s a little gross to me. I asked for the gloves to be changed but the bun was already handled with the gloves before. A little decency to change the bread as but ‍️. Please please please use multiple knifes specially if different types of meats are being handled and change gloves The location I usually go to (which is under renovation right now) always has almost 6-8 knifes out which they put in a used bin once used for the customer and then im assuming they get washed and kept as new. A little grossed out, disappointed, and lost my appetite. Still took my food.:/ They were slammed and I understand it takes time. But take your time and do it right.

Nasty soggy subway sandwich I got from this location, person was closing the shop so decide to rush it and throw everything he wants in it even though I told him several times how I would like my sandwich never going back again to this location, whoever owns this particular franchise should be get fined by Subway for keeping this sort of services by their associates. Just horrible!

I wish they had choice of half or zero star rating.

This subway is really off. Like where is the manager or the owner? Does corporate not care about this subway? I guess I’ll start off with they never have steak, they’re always out of steak. They forget to put the cheese on the subs they are not good at following directions. When I say no onions I mean no onions.when I say I want American cheese I want American cheese. Etc when I order two fountain drinks, they literally bring it out to me either the ice melted or they didn’t put any ice.

The best Subway I've been to in a while, the workers were really nice especially Alex, she was awesome and made my sandwich perfect. She needs a raise lol. Hope she's there when I come again

I'm a worker who has stop in this location to grab a lunch meal. After my Italian BMT was done an ready to pay, I noticed that I didn't have my wallet to pay for it because I forgot in my working place.
I said to hold for me and that I be back in 20 min.
Surprise!
Maria Soto, the girl, told me to take the bmt with me and be back later to pay for it.
I'll never forget. Great services! Great workers!

Get a meal made their way, not yours. I guess double meat and extra cheese means no cheese. And a lot of oil means none and add your own dressing. I travel a lot and visit a lot of locations and this is certainly near the bottom.
