Sandwich Shop Subway reviews
8Horrible service there’s one lady that loves to yell at you and is so rude to you when asking about your sandwich they need someone to replace her!
The young woman behind the counter was very rude to the older lady. She was yelling at her and causing a scene. The young man tried to get us taken care. It was an uncalled for response. No one should have to work in a hostile environment like this.
Please tell the kind gentleman working on june 22nd, 2023 at around 10: 50AM that the ham and turkey sandwich he crafted for me made my toes curl.the gentleman who’s favorite cookies were the sugar cookies.it was fricking delicious and scrumptious and the best sub i’ve had since i had last worked at subway.i should’ve gotten a 12 inch. PLEASE give that man a raise.my biggest regret in life is not tipping him
Young lady and gentleman were very friendly. Enjoyed chatting with them. Gentleman was nice enough to cut the pizza into smaller pieces to make it easier for my 2 year old.
Friendly kid working in the front, but the bathroom needed attention, the spinach and lettuce were wilting, and the drink station needed cleaning.
Hands down the dirtiest subway I've ever been to. As the girl was making my sandwich she drug it through all of the old olives and condiments that we're on the counter, she barely cleaned the knife to cut my sandwich. Needless to say I will not be back unless they clean up and have better service
Excellent counter help.
Friendley and knew how to put a sandwich together. She actually spread the ingredients out carefully and didn't go through the motions.
I have eaten at hundreds of subways across the country over the last 35 years. Grandview subway is hands down the filthiest I've seen. The prep counter had a nasty black something on it along with dried shreaded cheese among other things. It's obvious that they haven't cleaned it recently if ever.
