4Epic fail. App orders not ready till 15 min. After they say they are ready, does not follow ANY of the requests put in the app order down to cutting the sandwich. Never patron this one if you can get to another one. Awful.
They close 30 mins earlier than they should be. Lazy and rude service.
Aggressive and violent atmosphere. I visited this location this afternoon and the door was locked. I knocked but the two ladies in the seating area didn’t respond. I knocked again and a female employee appeared out of the back and finally unlocked the door. I asked why were the doors locked during business hours and she addressed me as sweetie and became rude and condescending. She declared we are in the hood. I wish she knew that one can be in the hood but the hood DOES NOT have to be live inside of you. Her sister (not a employee) was loitering on the premises disturbing the flow of business. She was argumentative and informed me that she just kinda hangs around. I spoke the security officer and when I was leaving, the sister attempted to follow me outta the door while threatening me. The security officer had to restrain her. Customers should beware of their safety.
