7Best Subway, anywhere on Houston St. In Kilgore! Love the service, the people and so clean!
Typical Subway. Some of the veggies looked like they were getting close to the end of their life cycle (I'm really picky about veggies anyway), but overall service was good and store was clean.
They drench my sandwich with sauce everytime. I choose less sauce on the app AND put "less sauce" in the comment box. They've done this EVERYTIME I have ordered over the past few months. I quit using this subway because of it.
It tasted really good and spicy! I got the Italian with olives, banana peppers, jalapeños, and lettuce!
So much better than the one downtown. Service is pretty awesome. Staff aren't rude and sloppy there either.
I order the chicken bacon ranch with cheese bread, provolone cheese, baby spinach and extra meat. It is usually always really good. I used to get heavy oregano and salt w/pepper.
Manager left this poor guy alone at 1130am! The other employee was not in yet but scheduled for 11am. Manager went to bank at 1030 n not back an hr later. I ate there n the help nor Manager ever arrived!
