Subway, Dallas TX

This will be a little long. So I was so excited to get me a subway sandwich today but that was completely ruined. I asked for a footlong cold cut trio on wheat bread. When the worker (short, African American, very dark skinned, women with a bonnet and braids) wastaking out the bread I asked " could I please get my sandwich dehulled (the middle taken out of the bread), the "worker" stated I don't get paid to do that. I said ma'am, "I've go to subway all the time" and she reiterated to me and raised her hands (like a shrug) and said the same thing again. I said ma'am that is rude. She said well we don't get paid to do that, I said we'll actually yes you do! (Subway is supposed to make the sandwich in which I ask for it to be made) Now I can see if I asked for a lot of crazy ingredients but no I just asked for my bread to be dehulled. I turned around and walked out as we continued to say to me the same exact thing and I kept saying back to her it actually is your job. NOW MA'AM, IF YOU DIDNT WANT TO BE AT WORK THE CALL IN! MATTRR OF FACT GET ANOTHER JOB! YOUR JOB IS TO MAKE THE SANDWHICH IN THE WAY I HAD REQUESTED! I NEVER IN MY ENTIRE LIFE BEEN SO RUDELY SPOKEN OR TREATED LIKE THAT AT A SUBWAY ESTABLISHMENT! So I walked out with no sandwich and decided I must write a review about this DUMB incident that would have taken a few seconds to just dehull my sandwhich! I never hoped for someone to get fired but "MA'AM" your JOB is to make sandwiches, so if you don't want to then why get a job at subway LADY! GO GET ANOTHER JOB! Soon after I went to another subway off pleasant run and 35 lancaster tx and l got exactly what I wanted with a smile. I told the subway worker there what happened and he was completely shocked!

Closed at 8: 20 pm when it is supose to be open until 10pm, employees are there but door is closed and the open sign is not on

A employee gave my husband the employee discount, she gave him a price of the meal but on the receipt was a different amount, they are pocketing the money from customers
I called the store the next day and told the manager because I don't want that employee lying on him on something he didn't have nothing to do with

Place is a complete joke! Ordered on line to save time just to get there and have to wait for the sandwiches to be made. Watching the sandwiches being made was like watching a horror movie! Your workers need to be retrained! Management needs to be more proactive instead of just collecting a check! I most certainly will NOT be coming back here and based on the reviews…I should’ve stayed away in the first place! DO BETTER SUBWAY!

The guy was too busy on his phone
Then because he was getting behind
He tried to make 3 sandwiches at one time I was first in line so that meanti had to wait and never got my sandwich

I just went to this store (and I'm never coming back) and the lady that attended me was very rude when I told her I had a coupon. Somebody gots to show this people how to treat the costumers.

When I arrived there was a young lady that had all of her friends on the side giving them free drinks and food when I got up from my table and decided to order the young lady said now I'm on break that you're gonna have to wait 15 minutes I was with my business partner discussing solar business and we got up and just left the young lady was laughing obnoxiously with all of our friends This was the worst experience I've ever had in a Subway This happened today March 10th around 1: 30 PM

This is by far the nastiest Subway I've ever been to and it needs to be shut down! The entire store was dirty! Looks like it hasn't been cleaned up in 2 weeks! They were out of almost everything. Only had 2 kinds of bread, no tomatoes, the rest of the veggies looked old and outdated. Only had 1 person working. Whoever owns this store needs to check on it immediately!

Terrible service, very rude, it seems like you went to ask them for free food, they don't greet or smile with a face
