Subway, New Braunfels TX

Review the cameras in between 11: 39-11: 40am, she definitely was having a bad day by the way she was serving the food and the face expression she would make. Please remind the old lady with glasses that served me everything will be ok, that is all.the cashier with the light pink shirt was the sweetest!

Is my first time coming to this Subway and I had the best experience ever employee Steven had a great customer service, very polite and helpful. Thank u Steven for your great work.

So I had ordered two foot-long’s and two pizzas. They forgot one of my pizzas, I had called and the manager was rude as hell to me. She basically called me a liar told me to come pick up the damn pizza and hung up. She tried to accuse me of saying there was only one pizza, but I definitely ordered two in the receipt said two. They also messed up both of my foot-longs. The service was horrific. Worst subway I’ve ever been too.

Ordered through door dash, and they couldn't deliver what I ordered. Not door dashes fault, subways fault! Had a hard time getting what I actually ordered. This subway sucks.

The little skinny black dude in there has a serious attitude problem. He told me everything was in the bag and I looked at the receipt and everything was NOT in the bag. Then he hands me the cookies in the little cookie bag like I'm supposed to give them to the customers like that. He doesn't care about his job and it shows.

The sandwiches usually turn out great here. The onlyyy thing is that the guy making the food usually sneezes at least once every time we’ve come in, without covering his mouth

Ordered two footlong roast beef, all the food was fresh, tasty, and looked great. The sandwiches were excellent, and I received a military discount, veteran USMC.

Night staff super rude and unprofessional. This subway has a problem with staffing enough people to work a shift. One person to serve dinner rush. Stay far away.

This Subway in particular doesn't have the new menu. The service was standard, maybe the person was a little bit slow.

I like the new menu, my favorite is the Bella Mozza. I would rather have Subway over some other sandwich shop as long the new menu is available.

Don't order for pickup. If you ask for extra anything (veggies sauce etc) they will not put it on. All the employees are trained differently. It's pretty annoying

This store has went down hill this past month there was a lady that worked here always happy and helpful and i even met her children whom made me xmas cards, when they got rid of her well lets say they customer service went down as well as rude staff and i wish she was there this is my 3rd time in and i wont be back.

Got food poisoning from the meatball sub. Currently still spraying from both ends. Serving spoiled meat here, would avoid.

OMGosh. Sent my husband to our neighborhood location! $21.00 plus for 2 Clubs & small drinks…this was worst sandwich I’ve ever paid for! Next time McD and a “happy meal” would taste fresher/better and a lot less mula $$

The chicken sandwich was ok.
But as good as usual.
I think the chicken was unflavored.

Then the lady who attended us never smiled.
Not even made eye contact or asked us if we needed something else.

The place was clean, but that's it.

Price: as a regular subway sandwich on Subway.
Location: close to the ih35
Costumer service: poor.
Parking: plenty of parking.

My purchase was made through the app. Upon my arrival my sandwich was being made. Being the only customer in store I informed the lady working that I believe it was my order. She said my name, I said yes ma’am that’s me. I asked if she could please add oregano since that’s not an option on the app. I had also specified in the app for extra tomatoes. She had only put 2 small slices on my sandwich. I politely asked for her to add extra tomatoes and she paused and then huffed. Very disappointing. All the other subways in town I’ve never encountered this type of issue. Will make the drive to another location to avoid that issue again. Terrible customer service and frustrating that they don’t actually do what the customer specifically asked for on the app. Why give people the option on the app for specifications if the employees are unwilling to do it.
