They not only have their meats covered but they reuse the knives and put em back with the clean ones. Indian dude is also rude and seemed annoyed just being there-

Took two bites- meat tastes like it's gone bad, avocado same thing. NASTY. I'm never coming here again. Serious serious health violations! Don't come here unless you want food poisoning.

Prices are incorrect on signage vs.system. Lack of ingredients available for customers. No customer service training. Intended to get a meatball marinara, no meatballs. Decided to go for an item with provolone. No provolone. Lettuce was brown, cucumbers were translucent and tan. Attendant was short and disgruntled with responses. Asked for a Black Forest ham.charged 40+ cents more than signage says. Attendant says we honor only prices in system regardless of our signage. Attendant advised that manager not available to speak. Decided not to make purchase. Time was between 12 to 12: 30pm today. Watch the video. Hope you don’t condone such behavior and responses.

Half scoops of meat, uncleaned knives, rude employee tried to not allow a valid coupon because she didn't want to type it in. Even with low expectations and a coupon this was not worth it

I ordered in advance on the app so it would be ready when I arrived. Since there was nothing on the "online orders" rack, I went to the register. Both employees were helping other customers, so I eventually just got in line. 20 minutes later I tried to tell them I had an online order, but the girl behind the counter was more interested in what type of bread I wanted. She didn't speak any English. Finally they understood and I got my order, which had been sitting on the back counter for nearly a half an hour by now. Not happy. I will certainly not be visiting this store again.

Not great service. 3 employees sitting at table and not wanting to get up to take order, with me being only customer, with employee who made sandwich not washing hands, and putting half meat on foot long sub. Won’t be returning.

Customers need to understand that if they close at 10 PM

Ordered 2 times this week and they forgot some protein and alot of avacado the 1st. The second time the forgot the bacon on steak and bacon sub. They are lucky is FLBOGO this week.

A very bad service. The lady who is attending people she is always upset and responded in a bad way. Also they don’t have fresh vegetables.

The wait for a sandwich here is from 15- 20 mins probably even more. I understand people want to work, but please have 2 or more people working at this location and not just one person that understands very little to no English. I didn't mind helping him on translation for sandwiches for other clients, but I couldn't help him while on register, he said he didn't understand.
While making my sandwiches, he added 1 portion of rotisserie chicken (each) and spread out to fill the sandwiches, when I would go to other locations they would do 2 even 3 portions, but not here. Veggies and sauces are counted. 3 pickles, 5 jalapenos, 4 cucumbers and a line of mayo or any other sauce.
Please hire more personnel, it's the only Subway close to home. I don't wasn't gonna leave bad a review, but this is not the first time that this has happened.

I just went in to this Subway and the only worker there could not understand English. I asked the difference between a Footlong and a Footlong pro and he told me they were out of chicken. I said that’s fine, but what’s the difference between a Footlong and Footlong Pro and he said i could choose between white and wheat. I asked him if he understood my question and he just looked at me. I think you should make sure your employees can communicate with the patrons before you leave them in the store by themselves. Just sayin! Ended up going to Wingstop next door!

Absolutely terrible customer service. The man upfront doesn’t even know how to speak any English. And usually I don’t have a problem with that but when he starts getting mad at me for not being able to understand him, that’s when it becomes a problem. I tried asking what type of bread they had and he started yelling “NO, WHITE-BREAD” and when taking my order it took forever to build everything together because he was just so slow at putting everything together! Kept repeating and saying if I wanted more stuff after I already said NO! I would not come back here ever again especially from what I’ve heard about not switching gloves… after seeing that I felt disgusted about eating my sandwich. Please hire new people to work upfront. This man is just terrible at his job and I even wonder how he was even able to get this job in the first place!

If I could use this -> as my rating instead of stars, I would! And this place would get all the puke emojis!
The employees hold their cell phones while making food and don't change gloves and then they set their cell phones on the make line cutting board! He even took a call in the middle of making a sandwich! I mean, cell phones aren't all disgusting, but I don't know where's that's been! I know it's been up to their sweaty, oily face and ears at least! They might as well lay their heads on the board before making your food that goes to your mouth and you eat! Took me a long time to order a lettuce and tomato sandwich and I had 3 more sandwiches to order. He kept saying, "¡Numero! " And he was frustrated and angry with me! I tried to communicate how to make the lettuce and tomato sandwich and he just kept yelling "¡Numero! " and aggressively pointing at the board! Then to add insult to intelligence and injury here, he was pointing at the board yelling and exclaiming "Numero 1, numero 2. " After almost 10 minutes of ordering a lettuce and tomato sandwich, one I thought Subway wouldn't have a problem making but apparently I was wrong, I just paid for the bread lettuce tomato sandwich and left to go to another location. This location is horrible! I'm never going to this one again and, if you have any standards with the food you eat the food that goes into your mouth and down to your stomach, you shouldn't either!

One of the worst subway location I have ever been to ordered. TUNA WRAP that would be considered a foot long sandwich she put three little scoops of tuna on it when I ask about amount she says that all we give on a foot long ask for onions, pickles and jalapenos and tomatoes a total of 4 pickles 5 jalapenos and maybe six onions and 3 tomatoes had to ask for more of everything after an eye roll I got no more tomatoes about 3 more jalapenos and 3 more pickles total size. Wrap was little bigger than a bean burrito from taco bell cost 9.75 what a joke.
