The customer service was horrible, both of the employees were unprofessional and had an attitude. If you do not like your job do not work there. Plain and simple.

Waited for 10 minutes for my curbside order and no one came out. I finally went in and got it.

I did a mobile order and there seemed to be a fault in their system, but the two employees that were there both Pablo and zeyri were more than helpful and willing to find a solution! I was very impressed being that they were both minors with no present manager on duty. This did pose as a safety hazard & made me concerned for their wellbeing as this location does close at 10PM. I think this location needs better management but the kids there are doing great!

OK so I was at the subway at at South Post Oak and Ridge Creek. The service was bad. The young lady that served me was very nice but the guy that was there act like he was spaced out. Didn’t know what was going on.

Highly upset that I placed my order ahead of time, I go up there to pick up during my lunch break and it turns out that they voided my order. Gee thanks. Whats the point of ordering ahead of time?

Horrible customer service I came back here due to missing cookies and wanting a new batch for 6 cookies that were over baked. Lady said it’s not her problem all cookies are like that baked this morning I told her that’s fine however you didn’t bake them right they are clearly over cooked. She didn’t want to provide her own name nor the other employee both Hispanic females neither gave me the contact for the store manager because according to them it’s invasion of privacy like he’s a store manager he's someone customers have to talk to? Or am I mistaken? I shall not be coming back here at ALL. Instead of fixing a simple mistake they want to argue nah nah nah.

This location needs major help, new competent staff, and renovation. The staff did not know how to complete a simple tax-exempt transaction for our order when presented with the documents and information nor did they know how to accurately apply coupons to our order when presented with them. We were wrongfully charged tax in error because the staff failed to be trained in how to complete this. They continued to say "the manager is not here we don't know how to do that, " instead of taking the initiative to go and find out how to be proactive and obtain the information that they lacked to accomplish this. In addition our order was wrong when got to our location and they mixed up the requested preparation of the orders trying to complete them together at the same time. This caused additional issue for us not having the right sandwiches. The staff was horrible abs not friendly or personable whatsoever and acted as if they did not want to be there or as if they were being forced to work against their will. We will not be returning to this location and people if you are in this area do yourself a favor and do not waste your time going here at all. You you should pass this location up and drive further to another subway location that will actually take the time to make you feel like a valued customer and render quality customer service. Because this location failed miserably. We requested the store managers or owners information while there and the staf which were 2 ladies acted like they didn't know the contact information we were requesting.

The customer service is the most worst I ever see in my life, Especially the older ladies of the night, I think if they could kick you out of there they would, never back here again.

What an embarrassment to me - this restaurant doesn't even allow customers to wash their hands properly! It's outrageous that they keep the bathroom locked and the cashiers are so impolite. I just wouldn't stand for such service, have you ever heard such a thing? Truly appalling.

I hate to leave bad reviews. But this is one of those.
Custumer service is horrible. Very bad. Won't come back here at all
