9Didn't end up eating there. They do not take Subway coupons and weren't even able to get discount on app.
Jessica, Harley and the other crew members were very professional and polite. They took the time to make sure my order was right. They greeted every customer that came in with a smile and "HELLO" I will be going back.
I really miss eating at subway. I haven't had in almost a month because they don't use the app specials anymore. I refuse to pay 20 or more dollars for just 2 sandwiches when I used to pay around 12 on the app when they had bogo. It's a shame that they dont accept any specials now.
We went the other day, and they said they are no longer taking coupons. I tried ordering in the app today and they dont take online coupons anymore either. Not a good move on the new owners part. They will lose a lot of business over this change. We have always ordered through the app and gotten really good deals, I guess not anymore.
Super disappointed that our Pampa location isn't participating with the coupons. An 11.87 foot long is a lot and out of my budget. However with the coupons I would've been able to eat there a lot more frequently. Too bad. Sure do love their food.
Every time my family makes an online order, some how every single sandwich is made incorrectly with ingredients not asked for and so much sauce on it you can’t even enjoy it!
To add to it after complaining and calling it in they said don’t worry about the sub and come get a new one, and when I show up they then say I need the old sub and the receipt, so another wasted round trip!? This place is absolute garbage and the manager must be proud of it apparently.
I got a half ham& cheese told her I wanted a meal she gives me a cup and charge's more for the two cookies last I knew that was part of the meal
I have enjoyed going back, the food looks good and taste good. The employees are always nice, friendly and busy making sure you get what you want and not have to wait.
The workers should be watched exceptionally carefully, usually when you order a Subway you get two slices of meat per section whether it be footlong or 6 in this place only does one, they are also very selective on who they do this to, it's not a good thing to have to watch to see how much meat they are putting on your sandwich but you do here, they do know how to cut the bread in the traditional Subway fashion, however they do not put the correct amount of meat on hoagies/subs and again remember they are selective on who they do this to which is very sad
