7What is going on el paso? Came to visit my home town for the holidays, after a long day of running errands stop by for a quick meal our sándwich was not that great, but the soup! Super bad it tasted like rotten cheese, super cold i wanted to throw up asked for a refund (male employee) said they couldn’t do anything for us and laughed at me and my wife my blood boiled! Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone
If I could rate less than a 0 star I would, I order 12 inch steak and cheese and got nothing no meat, or my veggies I asked for just lots of sauce.
I got there at 9: 51 pm, the location was already closed. Hours of operation clearly says open until 10: 00 pm. There were a couple of young girls inside, I waved my hands repeatedly and knock the door, both ignored me. Finally a mean girl named Amber came to the door, I almost begged her for service, with a bad attitude she said they are allowed to close 10 minutes earlier because she cannot make my sandwich in 5 minutes. Bad attitude, no customer service, worst subway location in El Paso
I ordered through the drive thru and the girl was kinda of rude. I only go to this location because of the convenience of the drive thru.
Very bad service, every time I go they give me the wrong things, I ask for extra for a footlong and they give me whatever they want, the truth is I'm tired of them playing with each other while the customers are treated very badly as soon as I enter and they are already giving me shit just to continue playing or on their phones I do not recommend this subway at all
I went to the drive through, very bad customer service you don’t even feel welcome. She seemed upset because I was just asking questions she left me at the window asking Another coworker to answer my questions which I thought was very rude! This Lady’s name is Amber! No people skillls At All
I always enjoy the sandwiches from here but every time I order online or to pick up they always mess up my order. This time they did not include my chip that I paid for and they said there was no way for them to refund me the chips even tho he had them in his hand. Kind of ridiculous. Guess I’ll just be going to jimmy johns or firehouse because I’m tired of never getting the right thing.
