Please note that everyone should not order food from this restaurant after 9 pm. The service provided by the elderly woman there is very poor and she is very unscrupulous. She may not be selling anything at that time. Maybe she is afraid of disturbing her get off work. Please ask the boss to pay attention to this issue. Thank you.

Breads not ready, and still they say they are busy chatting. Not customer friendly. Do not recommend to go here. The breads they given was also not fresh. They don’t know customer care. Subway getting on to low standards these days.

Lost our business - walked out.
Came in and they were making a to-go order. Both female employees didn’t look up and said nothing. Another three people walk in. The employees still did not make eye contact with anyone and said nothing. 15 minutes go by, still not acknowledging anyone in the store, and we’re gone - steer clear of this location.

False advertising saying place is open till 10pm. I went there at 9: 45pm on Saturday and the door was locked and on knocking someone came out and said they were cleaning and clearing of the food and they can’t serve.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
First visit to this location and the employee was extremely rude. How are you out of meatballs!? Ohh that wasn’t even it, they had some there, but the employee was too lazy to prepare them. She just rudely kept repeating that they take 30 minutes to prepare because they are frozen. Ok…but why weren’t they already in the process of being made!? I craved this sandwich all day as I am a few weeks postpartum and this lady was completely rude. No apology or anything. If you don’t want to work, then why tf are you there!? Subway, I feel you should pay more attention to these reviews as customer service at this location is lacking.
Luckily, Subway on Stonebrook saved the day! The Lebanon location is right next to my apts but I guess I’ll have to drive a little further.

Service= 0/5 very bad service (by the lady). I was about to tip but couldn't tip because of her attitude. If you don't want to work thn just quit and look for the one you like.

Came to this subway and there’s always a note on the door, the door is locked but the “open” sign is on. If you don’t want business just close your location! Or update your hours. Customers are coming all the way to your store to find that they’re wasting there time!

Wouldn’t take a coupon and they were out of turkey? !? That was a new one for me. Luckily the subway at Stonebrook and Dallas Parkway came to the rescue. I’m not coming back to this location even though it’s closer to my house.

We ordered for pick up. It was ready when we arrived. Food was hot and the order was on point

I didnt want to tip. But itwas added by default and payment system didnt show total.

To service guy - "A what now? " - quit these statements and keep your attitude to yourself. Pay attention. You are such a lazy guy.

Service guy couldn't remove bread inside properly, couldn't align the sub properly, couldn't pay attention and couldn't pack it as asked.

Management: Are you guys even paying attention?

To Subway- You should return my money back. This is only bad subway branch I have seen so far. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE FOR TIPS

I only gave it a 2 star because i paid for 6 cookies bit only got 5. I wasn't paying attention when he was puting them in the bag. And i didn't eat them till the next day.

Arrived at 8: 12pm (10/20 - Thursday) to find the “Open” sign off and the door locked. The hours posted on the door show the closing time is 10pm M-F. I hope this store updates their hours so no one else wastes a trip. I only gave 3 stars since I’ve been here before. I’ll give them some credit.
