Sandwich Shop Subway reviews
12Bad experience this day. I am a frequent customer and today their employees had a bad attitude. First, they do not accept the coupons they send us by mail.and the second they did not want to show me the table to see my meat and cheese options. From the entrance they didn't even give me good morning. I only answered them if they didn't. You like your job, leave it to someone else. I will not return to this store Any more
It's 8: 23 and they open at 8. She just unlocked the door to let me in and said give her about 5 mins. Not prepared and I'm having to be somewhere myself.
They make one of the best tuna sandwich. Next time I will try to photograph first before eating.
One of the cleanest and freshest Subway in the Fort Worth area. The opener is always so friendly and knows how to keep a smile on customers face. Knows my sandwich by heart, now that’s customer service.
Keep up the great work
Not sure who the general manager is but he/ she neess to check on this establishment more often. Arrived at this location at 8: 03am which says they open at 8 am to find the employee inside no uniform, music playing so loud it could be heard outside, waiving is off saying that she wasn’t open. We waited outside and when she did open the door at 8: 10am she was rude, no sorry for the wait and said, ” cold sandwiches only, the toaster isn’t working. Poor service. Go elsewhere.
I walked in to get my usual tuna sub and overheard workers talking about a female that had gone in before me and had left name was Ruben I was disgusted and disappointed at the fact they were talking about a female infront of me as if I was not even there
Not welcoming and not very friendly didn't smile at all even when I was talking to her.
Employees need to be fired, deff need a new staff, they don’t even want to work it’s sad!
To lazy to make a simple sandwich
Every time I go in it’s the same type of energy and all the other staff are sitting around on the phone, i really encourage to hire new staff this place is going to run out of business with these employees! 4-18-23 time 12: 00 pm
I walked into this location and was asked if I did an online order. In which I proceeded to let him know I had not. Then his response was you have to order online. Order it online. And that point I had left because that’s ridiculous. There were two workers there, so no need for them to reject my in-person services. I’ve never been told at any other location I could not order food unless it was done so online. No note or anything of this new policy. I will definitely not enter this business anymore because of the new policy, supposedly.
If I could give a zero I would. I had 2 sandwiches delivered when I received the delivery I seen I didn’t receive double meat like I ordered and paid for so I called the store at 7701 Crowley rd. Fort Worth Texas and didn’t even get to tell them the problem and I was told to F@$& Off and they hung up. I can’t believe as a paying customer I would be cussed at. I tried to call a second time and the same thing happened again so I will be going to the store and talking to someone
I get it it's work buy the fella working totally didn't want to be there and when ordering the #8 signature sandwich they left off the garlic aioli sauce after looking up at the recipe a few times plus the roasted chicken was salter than my ex
We have ordered 2 sandwiches online for pick up, when we got home we couldn’t tell which one was which, the sandwiches looked like it was all mixed together thrown on the sandwiches and squished the bread and the left a note on one sandwich, like really y’all couldn’t take it off or make another sandwich. I had high expectations, I feel like they need to be retrained or something. And I work in the food industry I wouldn’t serve what they served me or how they served it.
