The subs were fantastic, we all 3 loved ours! The fresh veggies really hit the spot and just tasted great!

Usually the best sandwiches ever but not so this time. Worst sandwiches ever no cheese on either sandwich. When I called 2 complain. Felt like they didnt give a rat behind

KENDRICK is an amazing representation of Subway! I am more then happy to come and leave this review. This was after I was contemplating even coming to this location because usually the service here is very dry and not welcoming. Thanks to one visit with Kendrick I have a different look on this location.

I went in around 7pm, the store was very cleanly and bright. Kendrick welcomed us upon walking through the door and even made us laugh/smile as soon as we hit the counter to tell him our order. We ordered 2 sandwiches that were made like he wanted to make them for us lol if you know what I mean. Ingredients were placed with care and they were properly portioned. We definitely enjoyed our visit thanks to Kendrick. And the fact that he dresses up for the Children on Halloween really shows his heart as a person and as an employee that goes over and beyond! This is also the first time I left a tip at Subway, and will also be returning thanks to him. All the associates here should really take a note from this man. THANK YOU, KENDRICK for making our visit enjoyable and our sandwiches delicious

It's always a pleasure coming to this subway location! You can't get any better customer service than you can from Kendrick! He is the reason we will keep coming back! This location makes their subs with care. Foods always fresh, location is clean, staffs friendly! Great atmosphere! We drive past 3 other subways just to go to this location each time!

We ran into this Subway late last night around 9pm. The staff was fun and upbeat, great music too. The kids loved the subs they got which is not normal for picky eaters. Pricing was budget friendly especially for 4 subs, the bathrooms and floors were freshly cleaned and the staff was even polite to the wayward gentleman that came into the building to find his phone and maybe cool down for a minute. We will be back.

I got the Outlaw, very tasty, and the staff and service at WS young location was outstanding.

Underwhelmed. The sandwiches aren't as good as Jersey Mike's. Lettuce didn't seem fresh. The people running the counter were friendly and polite. The restaurant was freezing. The A/C was on and it is cold out today.

Can you really go wrong with Subway? I mean, I personally love sandwiches and will almost always prefer them to burgers. Almost. And the rotisserie chicken? So good!

It's subway! They are decent, now expensive, sandwiches. I don't think the price matches the quality at all. I think we should still be paying $5 for a foot long. It's pretty awful when it costs almost $30 for two foot long meals. Personally, I'd rather eat at a real deli for the price! If anything, good Jason's Deli sandwich! You will find you pay about the same, but you're getting a much better sandwich with better quality!

But if you're in a pinch and just need something to eat, it is convenient that they stay open late.

I just have to leave a review for the young man who was working BY HIMSELF today. My hubby and I stopped in to get a quick lunch. The place was packed! Yet the young man behind the counter flew thru each and every order with a smile. And I have to say my husband and both agree that it was the best sandwich we've had from them in a couple years.
This young man deserves not only praise; but also a raise! Help like him is hard to find.hang onto him.

Staff was nice although they seem overwhelmed at this location. With the walk ins, mobile orders, and drive thru customers all at once. But they handled the rush and the pos system shutting down. God bless them!

2 weeks ago, Just horrible service, the lady obviously didn't want to be there. Made me feel like I was an inconvenience. She put the topping on my sandwich like she didn't want me to come back and I'm not just horrible.

I did an online order like normal and when I go to pick it up the lady came to the pick up window and asked me for my name I told her and she said ok brought me my food and mind you the order was ok except for the drink and cookies. The drink was wrong and the cookies tasted old. Never had a problem until today. I don't know if I ever want to go back service was horrible.

My experience was not very good the last time I came. I was under the intention all stores were held by the same standards. I have mainly gone to subway in cove and always get treated great there. But here on ws young killeen. The staff was not very welcoming, and then when I turned around to get a drink they did not have the watermelon cucumber water. Then I asked for a refund and they didn't want to give me one, the lady said they usually don't give them, and that she would have to swipe the cc again to pay after she canceled the order completely. Then I said fine I'll just get sweet tea, but they didn't even have that and the drink containers looked molded as if they hadn't been washed in days. The food was as shld, but just makes me wonder how much additional cleanliness are they really doing. I also have a pic of the containers.

The clerk had a very bad attitude She was alone and had us wait for some unknown reason. We stated we had a coupon as she rolled her eyes and stated we could not order certain subs even after I asked her why not she said look on the coupon. There was no such thing mentioned. We ordered what we could but it was not much and did not taste good. We ate back in the hotel room and as of this day I know that this was only one Subway but my mind and taste buds are not interested. I usually go to Jersey Mike's. Thanks Subway.
