Subway, Lubbock TX

Website says opened until 11pm. They don’t. The sign said open the lights were in you could see workers in there but they weren’t trying to work I mean it’s not their money right. I came at 10: 53 but I guess that’s too close to closing time. I mean if your supposed to stay open until 11, why not stay open until 11. Americans are so lazy. No wonder other you are the butt of other countries jokes. Hard not to be. Thanks McDonald’s for always coming thru. I guess

Online says closes at 11 but whoever works there shuts it down at 10. Either change the time online or pay someone to work

I ordered a sub and added smashed avocado. It was brown and disgusting. I could not eat it, looked too much like a dirty baby diaper. I can't believe they don't take more pride. If I'm going to pay $12 for a sandwich it better be ediable! Check the photo section, I added a picture.

I usually love this location but if i go when the GM isn’t there then my sandwich is made wrong and the employees are so so rude. I started ordering on the app instead of going in person and each time it’s been horriable. I’m so sad, definitely only going when the good ol GM is there!

Guy who started my sandwich was nice.the lady with blond and black/brown hair at the end of the line was extremely rude.all i got was a spicy italian with pickles, mustard, and mayo.she huffed and mumbled about my request for extra pickles, then completely drenched the sandwich in mustard and mayo.even though i asked TWICE for light condiments. I ended up just having to come back inside and get my sandwich remade.she then scrapped pickles off the sandwich i was returning and put them on the new sandwich. Just weird and very unpleasant experience.

I called immediately after I placed my order online and asked them to change the bread. I was even willing to pay extra but they would not do it.

This Subway has it going on! Friendly staff and had a good work flow going on even during rush! Good job you guys!

Food tasted good. They just don't know how to properly toast a sandwhich. Maybe their toaster oven is broke.

The lady goes by the name of Ashley. I went to go get a turkey sub sandwich and asked her to heat it up.she was very rude about it did not even heat it up for two seconds telling me that she supposed to leave at 3 and just telling me all her problems I’m just going on my lunch to eat not to hear her rant. Very unprofessional. Was mad because the girl that supposed to relieve her was not there.bad experience she was so careless

Just bought Molded bread sandwich. Disgusting. Lubbock Texas. “Eat fresh” mold. Should be the slog. Never in my life. Then the corporate manager over 8 Lubbock locations hung up in my face! Not how to handle business. Hope he gets fired. Selling trash then not taking ownership.
