Uber eats order.
Ordered 2 subs. Both with extra mayo, extra salt, and pepper. Neither Sandwich had those items on them. Called restaurant. Employee wanted to argue for the employee who made the order who had already clocked out that she did put extra mayo.

I ordered in the app. The restaurant was SUPPOSED to be open at 8. It was 9. Nobody was there. They took my money anyway. "Nothing they can do. "

Wi fi does not work inside. No connection could not purchase bogo50. Very dissatisfied and I don't get coupons in the mail anymore for the last 3 to 4 months, why is that?

Holy moly, this is the cleanest, most organized subway I have ever seen!

Ordered a 6 inch meatball sandwich that was burnt with none of the veggies I requested online ordering. The sandwich was disgusting and I also ordered it curbside and the workers didn't acknowledge I was there. So wrote the company and I all I got was a sorry letter about Ill talk to my employees about it.

I found a black and blonde hair in my sandwich but had eaten most of it once I seen it and was told that there was nothing they could do about it

I placed a curbside order and while I understand the importance of taking care of your customers in the store, because I am a retail worker, you still have to show the same level of respect to your curbside orders. If you are understaffed, take away the curbside portion. Went in to ask where my curbside order was, and it was sitting at pickup for in store mobile orders.

The staff was very unprofessional. Bought 2 ft.long sandwichs. One of them was made totally wrong cotton home I looked at it and call them back and told him it was sloppy didn't have what I wanted on there more to Mays more medicine more purple onions and was telling me that the opposite of yes the bread was sappy with dressing you can barely see. The young man in there was rude good morning answer the question about supervisor asking for the corporate number he told me was on the receipt with your was not necessary to him cuz I went back there to get my sandwich made over didn't really want to make the sandwich over they call the manager at home and she said she had to call the boss we stick another 30 after waiting they said that she said they couldn't give me my money back asking to call the manager back to have my sandwich made over at that time I was getting my phone to call the police because they wouldn't give me my sandwich on my money back but when I went to call the police they said the manager called back and said the make one sandwich over which that's all I wanted them to do. Preston who was the manager they said she was offering to be back till Monday ask for the corporate number they said it was up on the wall with your wasn't asked for their names they probably gave me a false name. Then I did a survey the next day and I told whoever has the owner to please call me he never called he sent a text message saying your pologize and spoke with his staff. Which was nothing never offered a drink or free sandwich or anything. Very good a matter of concern to me. Won't be visiting that particular one anymore. Bad business.

Very clean and neat store on a busy street. Located in a mini strip mall by WalMart. It's hard getting out of here due to the trafficking especially if you are turning left. The workers here are friendly and neat. They make wonderfully full sandwiches lol.

Very bad roach infestation this place is disgusting. I have witnessed employees making food without gloves. They eat behind the counter next to the food. The manager is high as a kite eating cookies behind the counter next to the food. They constantly run out of bread. I've seen the manager spit in someone's food. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. YOU WILL REGRET IT!
