Subway, El Paso TX

Guys working 11-4 2pm are superstars but that location said they cannot use my coupon for certain sandwhiches it depends on location. Little upset

Worse location by far. Ordered more on my sandwich and got the complete opposite and the managers want to fight tooth an nail for it even though I got proof. I hope this place gets closed down.

I ordered food through the subway app. First off the food was cold they did not toast it, secondly they did not add the toppings I wanted, next they took almost an hour to deliver my food, lastly they forgot about my drink. I called the store #53737-0 I spoke to the manager Jennifer/Jessica and she told me they can only give me a cookie next time. I sent a message to subways customer service and y'all have yet to answer. Honestly this is terrible and unprofessional.

This particular subway is never really busy which is a great thing.makes it easy when you're in a hurry. Friendly staff and great sandwiches.

Girls was talking to a mechanic about fixing her car whole there was a long line. Than that guy ordered 4 sandwiches all different. Lunch hour down the tubes

Took forever with no one in the store. Came home and found out they put frozen eggs on my sandwich. Will never come here again

Went in for the first time and all 3 sandwiches were very good. Had broccoli cheddar soup and was also very good

I would put 0 stars if I could so yesterday I went to get food from there and this morning my friend and I both woke up vomiting and ill and I mean I’m sure it’s was due to the food from this place being I’ve heard this same place has had this issue and it’s the only food we had together so I honestly recommend do not eat at this location they obviously do not care about the quality and safety of their food.

This subway is refusing to honor coupons from corporate. They tried to place limits on the sandwich I could get even though no such restrictions exist on the coupon. Another owner offering poor customer service to save a few bucks. Wont be back.
