Made me wait for like 20 minutes after it was supposed to be done. What's the point of ordering on the app if they don't make it on time? I had a dog stuck in the car while I waited, and the guy gave me an extra 50 cent cookie like it would make up for it. Lame!

I placed an order for two sandwiches for curbside pickup. I called as the sign stated and no answer. I eventually went in where one of the two employees was on their phone. They pointed me to my bag of items on the shelf. When I got home, BOTH sandwiches had no meat or cheese. They only put the veggies requested and wrapped up the sandwich. Unbelievable. Poor service. Truly disappointed.

I was mortified! For a 3 topings and some condiments I was told their "big boss" said they have to charge for a footlong veggie delight. I got no bread, no meat, no cheese.
I find it hard to believe anyone even comes in subway and request that type of order. After me explaining this is not a sandwich it was insane. Then I asked why couldn't the 3 toppings in a bowl be a salad she said it's no lettuce or spinach but it's not a sandwich either! Most subways I stop at even the ones connected to travel centers and pilots on the Interstate have never attempted to charge me for a veggie delight footlong sub. The young man was nice and had obviously never encountered an order like mine he was going to ring it up as a veggie delight salad the manager said the big boss said no I'd like to know from the big boss who came in and ordered 3 toppings!? !
Also, their bathroom had tissue all over the floor so that coupled with charging me over 13.00 for olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, and condiments made for an horrid experience.

Out of chicken and steak, because they didn’t prepare the night before. Not a good customer experience when you can’t even sell me a sandwich that is your top seller

I ordered delivery. I ordered a sandwich and made it a meal with a drink and two cookies. I received only the sandwich. I tried to call but can’t seem to get through to the store at all. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service (mostly because there was none). Do better. Or at least give me the rest of the food I paid for.

As others have mentioned, the service is absolutely abysmal. The two dudes behind the counter with their long hair flowing everywhere over the food who clearly don’t care to be there nor appreciate that they have a job were the worst part. After waiting 10 minutes to even start ordering (with nobody in front of us, they were just prepping some bread), we don’t even get a “hello” much less a “sorry about the wait”. Instead we get a head nod…. My poor sweet and kind hearted 7 year old who actually has social skills tried to tell the guy that it was his moms birthday today and as you might have guessed, the guy just looked at him and carried on (very, very slowly might I add).

I have no idea what happened to their prices either but there was no $5 foot long or daily specials anywhere on the menu. If you want to spend more on a foot long than a meal at a steakhouse, this is your place.

I will never, ever eat at this location again nor will I recommend anyone else eat here.

Went to the subway by Lowe’s in Leander, walked in one guy behind the counter three other employees “on break”. They are so unprofessional. Completely out of pepperoni and rotisserie chicken refused to go cut more even though there’s signs saying “freshly sliced”. Will never go back to this location and will be telling friends and family to never go to this location! If I could leave 0 stars I would

Food is average. Staff is super uninspired and they have been out of ice for over a week. Update: they finally fixed the ice in the soda fountain.

I ordered the new #1 Philly Cheesesteak through the app. Paid online. Pick up was a breeze. Get home to eat my sandwich, open it up and was extremely disappointed from the get-go. This was a $15 sandwich, supposed to be bigger & better than the classic sandwich as it is part of the “Series” sandwiches. The bread was crumbly. I do understand that it was toasted but the way it was crumbly is a result of older bread, not fresh bread. There was a decent amount of meat in the sandwich that tasted good. It was supposed to come with 2X cheese, this was not double cheese. Also supposed to come with red onions & green peppers, I counted probably 6-8 little strips of onion in the footlong sandwich & there were absolutely no green peppers to be found. I opted for no mayonnaise and the were able to get that right. Overall a pretty big letdown for all the commercial hype. If I’m paying $15 for a Philly cheesesteak I should be worth it. This was more like an $8 sandwich.

The woman taking our order was just fine, she was friendly and the experience was just perfect, although the other worker who was "mopping" for the night was barely even pushing the mop across the floor, he would just push it and drag it behind him like he was just painting the floor with some water rather than using some actual effort to clean. And to make matters worse, he wasn't wearing shoes, just socks. I'd understand not wanting to leave shoe prints on a clean floor but not having shoes on in front of customers isn't a good sight

Second time they don't have computers working and the attitude is so bad when you try to order, acting like they getting bothered to work here. I'm not coming back again. Really bad store

I pulled up at six and they turned off the lights and locked the doors. Please put better employees that know how to do their jobs! This is the one infront of kohl’s next to the donut shop.

Highly disappointed. We ordered curbside because I am disabled on top of having cancer. I’m VERY limited on what I can eat- and today I decided to treat my son & myself to a Subway sandwich. We got there 5 minutes early, so I waited to check in at the correct time for our curbside order. We waited another 20 or so minutes after that though there was only 1-2 customers inside. Got the order, got home, and saw that my sub wasn’t toasted, there was no cheese, no pickles, no avocado- which is almost an extra $3. My son’s sub wasn’t toasted either, didn’t have cheese, and didn’t have pickles. They also gave me the wrong chips- that I couldn’t even eat due to my health conditions- but threw in 32 straws.

Wow! Just Wow! I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and received a mess! There was nothing but chicken and buffalo sauce with 12 random cheese shreds I didn't order! It literally looks like someone poured soup on it! The staff wasn't unfriendly but they seemed completely befuddled behind the line when I came to pick up my sandwiches.

Came in to get food with roommate. Waited about 3min didn't get a hello or any combination. So we left than I walked back in ask for manager and got accused of being drunk and laugh at by 2 high schoolers. Some respect they have for customers and especially a vet. If I was manager they would be fire on spot.

My only complaint about this location is the music blaring. Too loud for us to talk at our table and when the employee can't hear us as he tries to take our order that's a clue. When we said something he said "the other guy likes it loud". Well its not appropriate and the owners need to do something about it.
