10 OVER CHARGE.
Ordered mozzarella only on 1 of the 3 subs and got charged for mozzarella on 2 of the 3 subs. Didn't notice until I saw the receipt at home.
Just had a sub with my son. Store was very clean and nice. Sandwiches were made perfectly. The two ladies working there were friendly and helpful.
Teenagers run this place and don't know anything about customer service. When I asked a question, the employees response was, "I don't know". Well, can you find out? I mean, they were rude and slow and not helpful whatsoever. I think they need to rethink who they're hiring or how they're training them! The sandwich was good though. I'll say that.
The attention was terrible, the young people were mistreated as annoying to attend

Would not honor coupon. The employee stated the QR Code reader doesn't always work. She said her manager would not allow her to manually honor a coupon. Told me to go to the Subway down the road. Bizarre and huge waste of time. Strict rules equals poor customer service. I will not be back and would not recommend.
They would not guarantee the use of an official Subway coupon and would not adjust the price of the sandwich. They suggested we drive to a different Subway if we wanted to use our coupon.
The employee was not friendly. He was just careless and rude. The quality of food was worse. Will not come back to this store.
There was mold or something black on the ice. When I told the workers, one just said OMG and the other told me to give him the cup and get a bottle and went about what he was doing.
Not recommended at all first of all the guy who took care of preparing my sandwich he was a skinny guy he got a bad attitude on preparing my online order he said that I suppose to get an sit and tell him has to be extra toasted I end up eating the most frosted sandwich really disgusting I hope his supervisors will see this feedback
