Subway, Spring TX

I do not have to many nice things to say about Management but staff is awesome. My food is made correctly and without hassle. Manager always messes up my food and then has a surprised look on her face when I stand my ground. All you have to do is read if you cant have someone else do it. All I gotta say

Very rude lady at the front register. I ordered curbside because the app states it’s available. And my foot sat there getting cold because they refused to bring it out. I have never been treated so disrespectfully at this particular subway before.

Was trying to Oder food the workers where ride and rolled there eyes and where high.get new workers that’s why business is slow. I never have a problem during the day but tonight it was bad service we walked away since your workers want to be high and rude

I'm not sure if they really slice their meat now, to me they taste the same as before and I see the slicer it's nice and clean and shiny so they pre-cut the meat so they don't cut it fresh.

I placed an order, went to pick it up and they say it didn't get to them. I showed them my order and where the bank had already charged me, but they refused to make my order. They wouldn't even give me their manager's information.

Sandwich was tiny. Barely any meat or cheese. Definitely not the required amount. Rude customer service. Will not be back

Angel should definitely get a good raise, he took care of 3 people in front of me in about 5 minutes! He’s really fast, great service

I ordered curbside for a sandwich and ended up waiting for 20+ minutes to just end up having to go inside myself to get it. Honestly, it is an unacceptable experience. In addition, they sliced the meat so thick its almost entirely turkey.

Very stingy with their meat. If ordering for pick-up, I suggest checking your sandwich before leaving. There are 2 other Subways within minutes of this one, I'll be giving them my business from now on. 1 star for service, because IMO the "service" is making the sandwiches, and that is lacking. 1 star for food for shorting on the meat on both sandwiches.

Wendy customer service was horrible. She made the experience bad. Her attitude was as if I was bothering her while she was at work. And she didn't have to snatch the cup the way she did because They failed to make more sweet tea. Wendy should attend a chick fila customer service class.

Do not go to this location. They allow curbside pick up but the workers are too lazy to walk outside to complete said orders. I called because they had not brought out my order where the worker proceeds to say the app is wrong and they can’t do that as I’m looking at my screen that clearly has my vehicle chosen and told to park and wait. I explained the reason I used curbside was due to a health issue where I cannot be in public places and curbside was a good alternative. She did not care but sure was willing to cancel my order since she would not bring it out. Mind you as I can see her through the window. Completely disrespectful and of course I have to wait days to receive a refund for their mistake. Terrible location.

I have been several times in this particular location and every time that I want to use the restroom to wash my ️ is a sign of out of service.

Almost impossible to screw it up here. The counter personnel build your sandwich the exact way YOU want it.

This is insane. I’ve gone to this particular subway right here by my house for years. Subway advertise broccoli cheese soup but this subway never has any. Like never. I called today wanting a cup or 2 and getting my family some subway. First it takes them about 9 rings to even answer the phone. Then when the young lady answers she acted like she could not hear me or understood me. I’m bilingual so I spoke in 2 different language so try and have her understand. Instead she hung up and they currently unplugged the phone. So that no calls go through. This is crazy. The owner cannot let this go on like this. How can you let your employees dictate when they take orders or not. Or if they make the entire menu. I’m reaching out to corporate as we speak.

The food and service is great, the store itself is always clean but usually dead. Go SUBWAY!

What I love about them most is that they don't close until 10: 00pm. Oh yeah.love their subs.
