17Today I went at 7 at night. On the subway that is located in Riverside I had to leave without my order. Very bad service, very calmly and slowly, they placed the orders, I guess they didn't want to work, what a shame.
I went to eat today at 12: 30 pm, and I had a bad time, bad treatment by a Subway employee, her physique is short, chubby, and white, and Racist.
4 days ago I went shopping and she helped me in Spanish, and today she didn't want to speak to me in Spanish, she said that she only speaks English, and she is bitter all day, she serves customers poorly and they should do something with her because of people like her. It is that Subaway has lost credibility and because of those types of people the Subway company is no longer the same in this city.
She was so angry that she threw the bread and I asked her, “why are you angry? ”
Please, if you are going to hire staff who are kind and polite people, do not hire animals.
They do not know how to serve customers and they serve them very reluctantly. They do not have the creativity to serve customers. They get angry when you ask them for the order you want to order. The workers they have are not very good.
I come to this Subway almost every day with my personal foldable mini electric scooter.
Tonight. Ms. Renee decided not to service me. I politely asked if I could set it aside next to entrance. There were so many people outside who could potentially steal it.
She declined with an attitude.
I don’t know if she’s having a bad day, but it was definitely an embarrassing experience.
She looks like a druggy. I didn’t wanna bother.
Ps: There’s no sign saying “ No service to people with scooters”.
I love this subway. Here's my order, I recommend! Footlong All American Club on white bread, Pepperjack cheese, toasted, lettuce, spinach, avocado, cucumbers, baja chipotle sauce.
This location often doesn’t honor their hours. Both them and the riverside location in austin follow their own rules whenever they feel like it. The riverside location actually never repaid me for 2 sandwiches i’d pkaced through mobile order just to find out they had closed 2 hours early. Subways owes me $27 for food i’ve never received and i’m about to file a law suit if no body reaches back out to me.
Great experience at this location. I come here even though they're other subways around me bc of the service, cleanliness, and great staff attitudes! Thanks y'all.
I recently about a week ago went i to this subway. One person sitting on the phone-in the lobby, One in The back “Rude as hell” i began to order my sandwich im being nice and friendly. But when it came to the tomatoes selection, i asked them would they eat those tomatoes, one girl said she dont eat tomatoes, and the meaner came out from the back. I asked here would she eat these tomatoes? She frowned her face up and said’ uh well thats all we got-‘ you can eat them or you don’t need to ask for them on your sandwich! Damn really! Not to mention the cheese was harden on the corner of the cheese, the lettuce was browning and the veggies just all looked like they been sitting there for a very long time! I advised them that they keep their sand which and left! I see why no one was in There!
I visited Subway today, and while the food was decent, I was disappointed with the customer service. Mariah, who took my order, seemed a bit overwhelmed and didn't provide the friendliest experience. She made comments like, 'I didn't ask you that; I asked what meats you want, ' and 'Stop, I can only do one thing at a time. '
I believe the customer service experience at Subway can be greatly improved with a more positive and friendly attitude. A smile and a bit more patience can go a long way in making customers feel valued.
My son and I entered store at 8: 05pm today, young lady starts to take our order. In the back is the “manager”. You can hear her on her phone cussing and laughing loudly. Half way through making our sandwiches the lady comes out the back and starts putting chairs up. I ask the girl “what time y’all close? ” She says she’s new and doesn’t know. She asked the lady. The lady says 9 but no one sits down after 8 cause she has to sweep. Rude rude rude. I told girl cancel my order. But I still paid for it. Just can’t believe the quality of service going around these days. Lady answered her phone 3 times being all loud. Cussing and conversating. I was tired from the gym next door. Never ever will I go there again
Avoid this place at all cost! The workers here just talk and talk and talk while your sandwich just sits there and they ignore you. Horrible place never returning
Doordashed some food. Everything was wrong. Went in to fix it. Ralf was amazing! He fixed it and tasted great!
Working in the area, came to this subway on my lunch break. Could not use restroom to wash my hands so that I could eat.
There is a lady who gives terrible attention to customers. One lady gives a bad attention.
Every time I come to this subway they never have a key for the bathroom, because they don't want the homeless to come in and use it. But what about the customers.
Came in for a sandwich and i usually take it to go.but today i decided to sit in the restaurant. The guy and girl working were very nice and worked well as a team. Food was delicious. Store was clean and it was relaxing to come in and enjoy the cool air. Will come sit and eat again.
Very good, seems like a completely different establishment than a year or two ago. Veggies were incredibly fresh and beautiful. Employees were very attentive and nice to be around. Amazing!
