Subway, San Antonio TX

Just watched an employee put on the wrong vegetable, banana peppers, then individually took them off and put them back with the rest in the bin. I gasped and said "you can't do that" his reply" "and why not" maybe hire people with above Luke warm iq. Bc that is disgusting and in violation of health codes.

I walked in and waited patiently for a couple of minutes. Some people ahead were getting sandwiches, but it was not busy by any means. A cashier with headphones in his ears and short hair just stared at me and my sister. Super rude and unfriendly. I said hello and he still didn’t say “hi can I help you? ” or “hello give me just one moment, we’re trying to catch up at the moment. ” If he can’t hear, then he needs to take those headphones out. He is in a position that requires talking to people. There was also a lady in there who completely ignored us for like 2-3 minutes. You guys are losing money with these two I walked in and walked right out empty handed, disappointed with how rude your employees were. I wonder how many other people they just stared at and ignored today. The other two girls that I usually see there are friendly. Plenty of other Subways around here are 100x better. Love how they don’t answer reviews either, cowards.

This location is located inside Walmart. The 2 gentlemen at the time of our service were very kind, patient, and overall great customer service!

Cashier was rude to other employees and myself. Tried to tell me I couldn't buy my food and my credit card. The whole time saying ugh this is hard. Shefinally called manager to see how. Also wouldn't help the employee making my sandwiches. Instead she was talking on the phone in the back. Plus sub weren't that good.
