Subway, Lubbock TX

Since the two girls that run the lunch rush started working there, the quality of service as well as the food quality has improved drastically. This is one of the best Subways in town!

So I go to subway on Frankford and I start ordering and they were out of ham, so changed my sub to a chicken teriyaki and they ran out off meat so I dident get the full portion I was supposed to and then when we were checking out they said we don't have bag so I carried out my food as is. Oh and I had asked for spinach and the girl got attitude that she had to get more and when she reached for her back up she dropped it on the floor. So I don't kn if it was the workers or if it's the manager who don't order right or they just dident want to do there job.

You got 3 hours until closing why you out of stuff? Probably because they don't want to have much left over but 3 hours before closing? !? !

The lady making the sandwiches seemed to be rushing everyone to order. She also was extremely rude to an elderly lady that was ordering after me. The lady could not speak very loudly and it seemed to really irritate the worker. Also, they burned her sandwich and when she asked them to remake it they told her it was not even burnt. Terrible customer service.

Ordered on the app and didn't get told till I went to pick up my food that the Flatbreads were out. When I asked to get my other footlong discounted they said without a coupon they can't give discounts. They didn't want to give me the sandwich they had already made. Worst Subways

The girl seemed irritated that I was there she was mumbling and I couldn’t hear her. I had to ask 3 times what she said when I asked a question. I did not get ice because the shoot where ice comes out hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. There is pink gunk inside the ice chute. Never going back there.

Did the price of bacon really rise so high y’all are trying to skip on it. The LAST 3 sandwiches I’ve ordered that come with bacon, HAD NO BACON. I will come in and I’m going to order my normal sandwich but x4 bacon, free

I swear this location in particular has the same order accuracy of McDonalds from 2000-2020 from the 5 times I’ve ordered from this location they’ve literally have gotten 1 sandwich correctly or 1 out of 10 sandwiches.
Edit: it’s also evident that there is a copious amount of “shrink flation” ie the sandwich’s getting smaller and smaller as every thing else in this year. Even with that said there is little to nothing on these sandwich’s which is no other than the store managers fault to try and raise the profit margins to look good for corporate. I guarantee that if I order the same exact sandwich at Jersey Mikes then it would easily double the weight

Don't plan on getting meatballs at this joint after 8 o'clock. Once it hits 5 o'clock they ain't making anymore and have heard them say this in the store while getting the last few when they tried to sell me a footlong with 2 meatballs on it which I denied. Have also had problems with attitudes of a few of their nightcrew like others have posted in their reviews of this specific location. Would recommend going to firehouse down the road which is about the same price nowadays.

Ordered through the app and after checking in and waiting about 15 minutes went in and was told they were currently building my sandwiches. Went out and waited another 15 minutes and watching people go in and leave again with their food, finally went back in and my order was just sitting there in a bag while the girl waited on everyone. There was more than one employee there

Was not helped, waited for 5 minutes. 3 staff members worked around me, never looked up at me or acknowledged me. Not helped at all. There were no customers at the counter or window. Terrible service.

Don't waste your time. Building smells and the workers are garbage. Only subway I goto that has a problem with their own coupons. The workers are miserable and don't want to be there. The clueless boy at the counter tried to tell me twice the coupon said it excluded items when it clearly didn't say that. Then he decided to just make something up off the top of his head since he didn't want to be wrong. Best bet is to try somewhere with better "sandwich artists" that don't have their 4yo kids there with them mopping the floor.

GREAT FOOD and quick HOWEVER when I ordered a dozen raspberry cheesecake cookies that is not what I got. I GOT something with nuts and I can't have all nuts so very sad about that. Otherwise I love and enjoy this place.
I also ordered a sandwich WITHOUT bread with onions there was NO onions and why did I get crackers if I didn't order a soup?
I applied here once got a call for a interview 4 other people had interviews I went in did my paper work 2 days later got a call can you come in for your paperwork and interview when I already did. Then when I ordered here yesterday after a month ago this happened they can't do my order correctly and still didn't hire people and they did there paperwork too. Therefore means they don't wanna hire people. Explain why other subways in town has more workers.

Service was extremely slow. Only 3 people working and vegetables were not stocked during the lunch hour. Almost walked out and went somewhere else. I definitely won't be going back to this location.

They put a *sprinkle* of items in your sandwich. Just enough to barely count, nothing more. The service is lacking and online orders will just randomly jump in front of you. I get it but it's annoying. The "fresh" limeade was THICK.

I wasn't told to pull up she just the closed window. So i had to circle around and get back in line to wait for my food! And waied, waited waited! She was short w/ me. I will not return to this location again. Very upset!
