Sandwich Shop Subway reviews
10I've been eating Subway for 35 years and this is the worst Subway sandwich I've ever had, it was dry, very little meat, a little vegetables even though I ordered a premier sandwich. I knew I should have been concerned when I was giving my product in a convenience store bag. This store is obviously cutting corners and not doing it the subway way. Don't go to this store!
These people in this restaurant is very dis. Respectful they are family owned and don't honor their customers, I had a ton of flatbread sandwich and she barely put any tuna any vegetables or anything I asked and she overloaded with salt and pepper and I told her I was own dialysis and I couldn't eat a lot of salt. She said who cares get out of my store? Don't come back, go to another one. I'm calling corporate office. They are very disrespectful. They don't even need to be running this operation.
Awful experience! It was 8 pm and both women refused to get fresh tomatoes that weren't covered in old mayonnaise and brown debris. There were maybe 7 old tomatoes sitting at the bottom of the metal bin. She flat out refused because they were "about to close! " How if the sign says the store closes at 10pm and it's 8pm? !? This is the second time she's been rude to me in front of my daughter over a simple request. The other older woman began laughing at me and raising her voice as I was asking why they were being so rude to me. Totally unprofessional behavior for employees that are the face of an already struggling company, old vegetables, they refuse to take legitimate coupons the time we visited prior because apparently an All American Club isn't included with the two footlongs for $17.99, yet that sandwich doesn't say "excluded" on the coupon. I asked for their names so I could make a formal complaint and both refused. No name tags were visible. We obviously walked out because their food prep is horrendously questionable and they're lazy. I assume we dodged getting food poisoning, but not their hateful attitudes, unfortunately.
I've been an online regular at this location for years since it's close to my home. When I order food, it's usually 2-4+ footlongs 2x per month. Im sure they recognize me by my online order name. We are always respectful to the workers and always thank them for our order. The food at this location is good and the orders are always correct. However, this last time, when my son came in to pick up our order, an older lady ask him how many coupons we have and told him to go to a different location. This type of dialogue is surprising given that other local establishments that we frequent THANK us for our business. Subway coupons are always sent to us in the mail. They are offered to customers to use. Ordering twice a month is not abusing coupons. Apparently, this woman is rude to many customers based on the recent reviews. This location has definitely lost my business as long management supports this type of behavior. I don't need someone speaking to my child like that. Flipping a negative to a positive, this woman's actions have motivated me to go online and find subway's bread recipe. I can now make FRESHER and CHEAPER subway sandwiches from home. There's always a better alternative to everything.
This location is my goto location on Eldridge and 1960W in the Kroger parking lot. Well for the past two visits, I was not satisfied. The staff isn't friendly at all, they don't have to go containers for the sauces, and they make sure you do no taste the meat on your sub. The staff at this location puts the most microscopic size portion of meat, I may as well order a veggie sub. I feel short changed every time and to spend almost $10 on one sub. Please Put More Meat! Didn't have this problem with the previous owners. You can definitely tell that it's new management. Also the last time, the tuna gave me a stomach ache. Ughhhh! The workers look at you like they has done something to your sandwich. I don't know. Weird Vibes! I will not go to this location anymore.
The cleanest subway and fresh I ever been. I had to ask the name of one of the attendants Sobeida keeps the place immaculate. Even the bathroom is clean! Everything was fresh!
I've been here a few times, but today was quite bad. The lady at the cash register wouldn't accept my coupon-I've used the same coupon before but not accepted anymore I guess. The unfortunate part about Subway's model is your food is already made by the time you pay, so I felt like I still needed to pay. I wouldn't have come here had I known. I like Subway and eat here often, but I'll be skipping this store now.
The staff is friendly and patient every time I visit this location. The food is always stocked well, too.
Subways bread needs work but thats all of them. However the veggies were fresh, meat was good. Love this location ladies are always nice and gentleman. Keep up the good work guys!
The lady making my sandwich was not a bad person she seemed pretty nice but the problem was she didn't understand English. She also barely put any meat on my sandwich. She didnt heat my bacon up properly and she put an excessive amount of pepper on my sandwich when I asked for Salt. I paid for it even after watching all of this because I didn't want to seem like i was being mean to her. I won't be letting her make my sandwich next time though.
