7I ordered a spicy Italian, and they didnt allow me to customize it saying “i might lose my job”. After that another man walked up abt 5 mins after and just left his order there because of the same problem. SUBWAY is a sandwich customization food chain live up to it.

I really used to like and enjoy subway until the new menu came out. Now it is just way too expensive! Very disappointing when you’re trying to eat healthy and to do so they try to make a profit from that. I now refuse to pay these prices!
The best subway in the world. I kid you not. Cleanest! So clean, I'd wish it were a training facility for all other subways (not just the ones housed inside travel centers either)! Clean presentation, clean CSRs, clean hospitality, and clean facilities with properly made soups & cookies! Congrats Team Subway. I NOTICED!
I'm glad I came AFTER the revamp and they fixed the Krystal problems, fake- pricing, and disrespectful CSRs
Destiny and Marie did a great job with my order, another woman working behind the counter was VERY rude to Marie in front of customers. The card reader was also having issues so I hope management does not blame the workers for the increased time. One star off for upper management setting a terrible culture for the workers to be rude to each other - probably because they’re worried about being timed for orders.
This was one of the worst Subways I have ever been to. Krystal the manager is the issue here, her disrespectful approach to customers and horrible attitude is uncalled for. After she made my sandwich she applied so much vinaigrette that the sandwich was inedible. She did remake my sandwich but decided to vocalize her issue with my complaint loudly and disrespectfully. Pass this subway up if you can, I am sure you will have better service elsewhere.
