Sugar - Sweets & Gelato, Richardson TX

I went in on a Saturday to get a couple of desserts for a friend in hospital. Nothing really to choose from and was told couldn't pick what I wanted from tray I had to take one he chose for me. Ofcourse it was the smallest of the pieces. Very expensive. For the amount you get. I will never be back. Should have just walked out.

Extremely unprofessional service:
We placed a party gelato cake order, we fully paid them, but when we went to pick up the cake was not ready. Then they to us they will deliver to our party place but never showed up. When I call them first, they did not answer, then I call from a different number they answer and said their driver is 25 mins away and though our deliver place was only 10 mins away from the store. After 25 mins then they send us a fake car crush pic pretending that there is a car-crash.
To us it seems that they just lie one after another just for covering they did not have our order in the first place, very very pathetic experience with then, they totally ruin our party. I never ever had this kind of horrible experience in our whole life. So so sad and frustrating

The food was low quality and the customer service was horrible. They didn’t care about any feedback. In addition no highchair is available for kids at this place. Overpriced for no reason!

Went to this Gelato store and ordered gelato cake to pick up and paid in full. When we went to store they not only failed to serve our gelato but also manger by himself kept on making stories, and giving us false hopes. This is the last gelato stores we will again try. Never experience such a bad service in any store before. Be careful about this store.

A treasure added to DFW! A must visit place for all dessert lovers. Lots of options from Gilato to cheese cakes, arabic sweets to coffee, froyo to toast sandwich ice cream. Everything is available here. Customer service is top notch and plenty of seating area. Suitable for large group! Dont miss it

Wow! Just happened to be dining nearby and noticed this place. Decided to pop in to find dessert. We had no idea what was inside. The gelato is. I am assuming. Turkish gelato. The texture is different than Italian gelato. It was a whipped texture which is really nice. It doesn't seem as sweet either. Lots of other Mediterranean treats and pastries too. The decor is fantastic as well. Would definitely stop in again the next time we're out this way.

The best sweets in Texas! Amazing customer service and amazing sweets! Definitely recommend to anyone in the Dallas area. This is the ONLY place I recommend for sweets in Texas!

This place is the most beautiful and delicious sweets place in Dallas. I love coming here for kunafa and coffee. Their coffee is the best coffee I have tried around here. The workers are also really sweet and welcoming, I love coming here!

Great environment for friends and family. Huge space and outdoor section to dine in. You can order through helpful touch screen. Plenty of options in what to eat or drink as well.

We loved everything about this place
Everything tried was great and the ladies working there were very friendly and helpful

I am so pleased to have such a unique place in our East side of Richardson! So far, I have been here twice. First, I tried some walnut baklava & pistachio bird nests. I can not explain exactly how these are made. Second, I tried some lemon mint gelato. I highly regret getting a small cup! I just wanted to keep eating it. The flavors combined so well.

My friend and I were in town for a conference when we happened to find this place within walking distance from our hotel. This place is magical. Wonderful atmosphere & fantastic gelato. Nothing better. We came back all three days in a row. 10/10,5. A must visit while in Dallas.

This place is a GEM! The place is so beautiful they have a great patio with beautiful lights, ans enough space for children’s to play safely!

The food was spectacular! We tried the gelato, baklava and boba and we can’t wait to come back!

Omg I loved the place, it’s so beautiful and the staff is very sweet. My favorite part was the Ferraro rocher cheesecake, I loved it, by far the best!
