Just threw my daughter's 6th birthday here. Cutest, best kid party ever. We did the spa party. The kids and parents loved it! Wonderful place and great staff.

They are amazing, the staff made sure my child and guest had a great time. The party was very detail, didn’t have to ask are worry about a things.they took care of everything. Amazing people. See them next year!

This place is a girls dream place come to life! Think Bippodity Boppity Hair Salon at Disney meets Disney Princess Tea Party. Cami was so accommodating to our changing needs and were wonderful hosts. I read the negative reviews and feel the kinks have most likely worked themselves out as we had no issues and is something to be expected when there is a new business like this is. I would definitely ignore the negative reviews. Kids were so loving this place we had some kids leaving in tears because they did not want to leave. This place is magical and they made my 5 year old birthday party magical.

My daughter had her 7th birthday party here. She and all her besties absolutely loved it! Myself and the rest of the moms were very impressed with the presentation.
When you first walk in, the decor is just breathtaking. The host made us and the birthday girl feel like they made the party especially for her. She felt so special and it just warmed my heart. All the moms loved seeing all the girls so excited.
My daughter and her friends felt like such big girls having their spa day and then the tea party. The dance floor with all the bubbles raining down was definitely a hit with this age group.
The staff was very helpful and sweet to the girls. They seemed to enjoy the party as well.
I would definitely recommend this place to others.

I had several issues with my daughters party even before the party started. That being said, my daughter had the best time of her life.

First, communication before the party was difficult. They claimed to have not received an email from me despite a thread we had been communicating in. They also promised I would receive communication and final guest count before the party yet they never emailed or called me.

I also got an email saying the party would be at 5: 30 yet the invitations they made said 5 pm. I called and had to wait for a call back. The lady who called back did not identify herself by name and was rather rude like it was my fault the time was wrong.

Second, at the party, all of the dresses were the same except for the colors if you didn’t chose a princess costume. The girls at the party were annoyed they all had the same dress on. The party wasn’t organized in a way where the girls did each activity together so was rather sporadic.

Third, the food was an issue. I ordered two large pizzas and I know we didn’t eat them all because they cut the slices so small. I never got the rest of the pizza either. The other food was grapes, strawberries, and store bought mine muffins and brownie bites. The website and the lady on the phone and via email said pastries. I expected something fancier than what I could have bought at Aldi’s.

Finally, the worst part was the party starting a half hour later than we were told on the invites and then they took up an entire half hour of my daughter’s party to clean up and get ready to leave the minute we left. I was under the impression the party was for two hours as stated on the invitations created by the company and mailed to me but for the last thirty minutes they spent the time taking down all the decorations and ignoring the girls. They even carried everything from out front of the store in. This is ridiculous. A party should be cleaned up after the party is finished and after the guests leave! I felt like we needed to leave early despite the invitations they made saying the party was two hours. (*** the party time of 1 1/2 hours was stated in one email but they printed the invites for two hours what was I to think? Especially after the party started later than the invite said?)

The ladies were nice and friendly despite never introducing themselves by name. I had to ask for their names. I will not work with these people again as they do not deliver. Thankfully, my daughter did not see any of the problems only the glitz and the glamour. They did do hair and nails and the cupcakes were cute.

Over a month later my daughter and her friends are still talking about her spa themed party. I cannot thank the owner and staff enough for making my daughter's celebration with her friends so special. We will definitely be back to create more extra special memories with Sugar Plum Parties - Frisco, TX

My daughter attend a Paris theme Birthday Party. She had a really good time. The staff was very friendly. The girls had a wonderful time dressing up in fancy dresses. They loved dancing and singing on the stage while their image was being displayed on the TV. My daughter particularly loved this. They made a bracelet with a leather strap and sparkly letters. They also had their nails done with an extra sparkle dip to make them really glisten. Then they moved on to the dinning experience. They dined on China while the staff catered to their every need. We throughly enjoyed the experience. I would recommend this to any little girl that wants to feel like a princess for her birthday.

What an absolutely adorable place! My little girl LOVED IT! From the fingernail painting to the toenail polishing and then the hair glitter. She was so excited! All the girls had matching merrmaid dress. The Tea Party itself had little snacks and real tea cups and saucers. The absolute show stopper was when all the girls got to walk the Royal Purple carpet. Just like the Kings and Queens do. Total cuteness overload.
