He even took the extra step of relacing the shoes and custom adjusting my belt. Alterations here are very reasonable, but they'll only work on Suitsupply branded items.

Deeply regret having to leave a one star review, as Payton was great. Went in needing a new suit jacket for an event, Payton greeted me and my fiancé immediately, and provided some great recommendations. We left thinking we found a great store that we could rely on, and would earn my future business. Jacket arrived relatively on time, went in to get fitted, and was greeted by Pierre, who seemed annoyed and bothered for the duration of our visit. He seemed to be the only employee at the store at the time, and had a couple of customers, so it seemed a little more understandable that he was condescending and rude when asked any questions. Alterations were performed correctly, and on time, went in to pick the jacket up, Payton was there, ordered a dress shirt as well on this visit. Wrong size was ordered for me, which I didn't catch until I picked the shirt up and tried it on at home. Called Payton, she offered to cover express shipping on the replacement shirt in the correct size (shirt was needed for my event hence the urgency), but also advised they had a similar shirt in my size in stock, and she would cover the alterations for the inconvenience. I was ok with either option, but opted for their in stock shirt, and advised I would be in the next day around 5: 30 to try it on, so they could make any necessary alterations. Upon arriving to the store, was acknowledged by Pierre, and advised that Payton had left for the day, and they had no such shirt in stock. Didn't offer any other options to rectify the situation, or diffuse my frustration. Arrogant tone, condescending approach, with utter disrespect for my time or money, is not a winning recipe for any sales team, whether it's any one associate or the team as a whole. Will not be recommending this store to anyone, hoping the Dallas location has a better grasp of customer service if I ever decide to spend money with this company in the future.

Great store and quality stuff. Love the suits. However the reason to give 2 stars is Cold & rude staff. No one come to ask or talk to help. I just walked out after checking stuff myself.

Robert was great yo work with. Very talented and has a great eye for details. Robert was very professional, courteous, friendly, and provided excellent guidance.
