The servers and people behind the counter were very friendly and helpful, they were also attentive to filling drinks, etc, and the owner was outgoing and conversed with the customers. The BBQ was very tasty!

Sporting event trip to Dallas area. Tried numerous BBQ and Sullivan was the very best at a great value! Brisket, smoked pork chop, sausage, cornbread, mac & cheese- all fantastic!

I was looking for some comfort food with how cold it's been, and I stumbled upon this place on my lunch break. All of the staff were extremely hospitable, and the food was delicious. My only complaint is the tiny parking lot, but it was 100% worth it.

Food is always perfect and everyone is friendly and make you feel welcome! Our go to place!

Loved the dipping sauce for the Onion rings! Slaw was so-so. Personally I prefer custard style or southern style Mac n cheese.

Believe the hype! I live relatively close to Sullivan's and I am sad that I have not visited before.

I had the Prime Brisket and I always enjoy the fattier side. This brisket was excellent! Great smoke flavor, a beautifully developed bark, and so tender you could cut it with a plastic fork. Truly amazing for the area and I would say it compares very well to some of the top BBQ places in the state.

We also had the Nachos with brisket and they too were a great pick. It is a cheese sauce, but a better quality than your most basic Rico's. Great amount of meat.

Like many others, I do have to comment on what I can only assume is Mr. Sullivan the owner. When he is not cutting the meat, he is working the dining room and making sure you are having a great time. He even offered to add some cheese and toppings to the nachos after we ate all the top chips with the most toppings. You can easily see the pride he takes in his product and services. There was also a delightful lady clearing tables with great service and an super friendly attitude.

If you like some great Texas BBQ you need to get over here!

Wonderful food! All the meat was delicious, and the sides were amazing as well. The live music was great fun! I highly recommend trying this hidden gem!

I really like this place and have eaten there several times.
This time, we ordered a party, and the brisket was over smoked real tough and dry.
The beans had more juice than beans.
Just wasn't the quality as before

Great BBQ, best in the area. I had the brisket and jal/cheddar sausage. The owner was kind enough to sit down and talk shop, as well as show me his smokers and food truck. Gal taking our order was friendly and helpful. I will be back.

This is the BEST BBQ in Texas! Scratch that BEST BBQ ever! A total hidden gem and the most outstanding customer service and atmosphere. You need to try it! Worth the wait!
