Complete ripoff.

Daughter and her mom brought in a 2010 challenger that the windows keeps rolling up and down draining the battery. They took 1 look at the vehicle say there is some rust in the fuse box and want $5000. I called and spoke with Ashley and she said the tech only looked at the vehicle saw rust and that is all they did.gave me some multi inspection report that showed the air and cabin filters were dirty. Could not or would not give me any kind of diagnostic report. Spoke to owner who was also extremely rude using foul language when I told him I don't trust their findings. Told him there seems to be a common problem with these cars the latch malfunctions causing the sensor to think the door is being opened thus rolling down the window.he said we still have to pay the $200 diagnostic fee even though they didn't run one. Bought a $150 passenger door latch online, installed it, problem fixed. Use them at your own risk, it may be worth a drive to go anywhere else.

Great service department. Booked an appointment online. Was in and out less than 45 minutes. I needed full service oil change and a tire rotation. Also completed a recall. I highly recommend this service department. Very friendly.

We did extensive research, went to many dealerships and did more negotiating online and by phone in our search for a new crew cab truck. Blain and others at Sulphur Springs gave us the straight numbers and answers we desperately needed to make an informed and clear decision. Two other area dealers got close on price, then starting playing the shell game with us, padding the numbers. Blain did not try any of the deceptive games and we bought our new vehicle from him because of that. He even delivered it, quite a distance away, which we appreciated!
