Acme replaced AC and heating unit in 2013 when our home was flooded. We have used them for semi yearly checks. Technicians are qualified, friendly, arrive on time, answer your questions. I have recommend them to my family and friends who are also customers. Matthew did an excellent job.

Mike was the most friendly and accommodating technician I have had the pleasure to meet. He triple checked that his work was complete and correct and always made me feel very comfortable when I was asking questions, etc. Will recommend Summit Air to my friends and loved ones!

A few weeks ago, I settled into a new neighborhood. Just when I thought the stress of unpacking and adjusting was behind me, I had a problem with my air conditioning unit early Saturday morning. I reached out to Summit for help, and Nick arrived in less than an hour. He quickly resolved the issue and kindly guided me through the steps for handling similar situations in the future. Based on this experience, I highly recommend Summit for their excellent service.

On time for estimate. Provided all needed info and printed out comparison of products, explained the differences, answered all questions. On time for install, completed quickly, price exactly as quoted. Followed up by text and phone call to make sure all was well.

Matthew came to the rescue on a Sunday evening as my air conditioner wouldn’t turn on. I have 3 dogs so I really wanted to get the issue addressed before they started feeling the heat. Matthew was very helpful, had great communication, and was able to help me find the issue. This is my second time using summit (last year, Nick did an emergency repair in the Texas summer heat and saved the day also) - they have been awesome both times and been able to get my AC addressed in a timely manner. I keep them on speed dial for my go-to AC repair/maintenance! Highly recommend.
