So, Far I love this place from the staff to the property to the location to how the apt itself looks. I would recommend this place to anybody.

Do NOT APPLY HERE! I was originally supposed to pay $150 for a deposit! And they ran my background! Had a bankruptcy that was discharged back in 2018, and said I could live there if I paid additional $300 totaling of $450, they never answer their phones, the manager Magan is dumb as hell as couldn't understand that I had to pay rent from September 1st to October 1st and wouldn't have the money until I got paid on the the 6th of Oct, she was like "I've worked in this type of business 20 years" then act like it. And they are all rude and then I have the money and she or whoever blocked the portal to pay for my deposit and rent! Look elsewhere I have perfect rental history! Lived on my own since I was 18 years old. Look elsewhere, they are all lying crooks ESPECIALLY Megan!

If I could put Zero stars I would they never fix anything the dishwasher is as totally useless I call for maintenance they lie a say someone will come no one ever come. And not to mention the apartments are infested with roaches I should have dropped the lease when I first saw that but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt by staying. They painted over dead roaches to make the place look better but that’s disgusting. This complex is very money hungry when it’s time for you to leave they will try to give you a fee for anything literally DON’T RECOMMEND SIGNING A LEASE WITH THEM an yes the roaches are so bad they crawling into the freezer an you can’t have company cause the tow workers are always ready to tow someone’s car their terrible as well. You also have people that bust out your car windows an steal out of others car an also you car parts as well the complex will not help you pay for damages they have signs up that say they have security cameras but if you ask to see footage they say they don’t have security cameras so beware when considering living here it’s a terrible place to be.

Amina helped us today with showing a 2 bedroom. The property is nice and clean, and everyone in the office has been nothing but smiles. Nothing negative to say about these guys. Come check em out!

The TOWING HERE IS RIDICULOUS! The office tells their tenants one thing that’s not true. I talked to 3 separate tenants here and they ALSO stated you only had to have a code if you were parking OVERNIGHT, that’s what the office also told them. But I got towed and was there for 17 mins during the DAY at 11: 30am. Office was NO HELP & said it was basically our fault. If they would’ve just said at anytime you have to have a code I would’ve done that. And don’t get me started on the roaches and crime here! A tenant had a whole shoot out at the front office a few weeks ago! Parking lot is horrible amongst a lot of other things.

This property is very nice and is reasonably priced. It’s is conveniently located near a few grocery stores. It offer a nice relaxing outdoor pool. They have a welcoming staff. This is a great place to live. If you are looking for a nice relaxing atmosphere with welcoming arms and smiling faces.

Their attention to detall and treatment was amazing. The office is very professional and knowledgeable about their product. Very kind and welcoming.

I love the office staff they are kind, understanding and if you need something fixed they are there to fix it almost immediately. I like the fact that they have towing service it keeps things under control. I love the fact that I can let them know something and it immediately gets resolved.

They are very quite ms Veronica is very nice and helpful but everyone one complain about towing all you have to do is go in the office and ask for a permit she will give u one or go online and register for the parking and they will give u a code to put on your window but don't park in a reserve spot you park in my spot I will get you towed

WORST office staff EVER. You literally have to call and threaten them with legal action or corporate for them to FINALLY fix anything in your apartment. New member that has been hired NEVER knows what is going on and has no knowledge. Wouldn’t recommend if zero stars was an option is definitely give them one. Maintenance men are lazy it took them two months to finally fix a plumbing issues all because they didn’t want to spend the 5 hours that it took to fix the problem the CORRECT way. Office staff lies about any and everything. Very dissatisfied.

I went over there to get a apt. They told me that I was not making enough money. So they refused me went got a money order put there on it. Now I lost my money. 185.00. Went to another apt that was much higher than them and got approved. So someone can not add.

If you like to hear other people loud music in the day and night, and don’t mind people checking your cars at night and stealing wherever you left inside the car, or money hungry tow truck that will try to tow cars in the middle of the night. Even if you are paying rent and did register the car but haven’t gotten to the office to pick up the sticker. Then this is the place to be and it’s 5 ️. If you are looking for the opposite 0 ️ and you should look somewhere else.

Not a good place anymore, tow trucks check cars in the middle of the night to see if the cars have the parking sticker, if you registered the car putting the plates, name, type of car etc in the website and if you don’t have the parking sticker, they will tow it, and they do it in the middle of the night so you don’t complain to the office until next they when they open.

Stealing is a problem too, so far they have opened my car twice in the middle of the night. They have only stolen like $30 and $16 and an expired passport, but someone is checking the cars at night. It could be the very same tow truck people

The property manager and rest of office personnel has been very helpful to me. My work orders are completed very quickly at this time. Also, the fairly new young lady Elizabeth is very professional and intelligent. She fits right in with the current staff at this time.

I love Ellie and Blanca customer service. They are awesome and a great help. They helped me out asap with any concerns and need that I had. I am so happy for everything they have done for me. They are truly caring and amazing people.

Leasing office were super nice Blanca and Ellie were very helpful and sweet. They answered all our questions and went above and beyond to help us.

Break into cars needs security.cameras don't work.other then that pretty quiet for the most part.need some improvements tho

To be honest, a terrible place to live, especially the attitude of the manager Blanca, the lady is rude, she has no respect for the tenants for the smallest detail. They impound your car and it seems like a business to go impound Cars, the lady is also a thief when you do your contract they give you a rate at the end they charge you too much many people complain about the attitude of the lady the owners should do something about it and change staff I don't recommend it at all if you are looking for a quiet place to live this is not it because believe me you are going to have a lot of headaches
