My issues are about appliances and dumpster. I think it will be better if they provide bigger appliances cz example I’m living in a 2 bedrooms mean you expect 2 people for 2 bedrooms the fridge can even take groceries for 1 person for 2 weeks and I don’t like to go to the store all the time. My other issue is about dumpsters idk why they put them all over the place and still make people pay for valet trash. Dumpster suppose to be in one place. I put a request for dryer that doesn’t work properly it takes up to 2 weeks before they replace so I wait 2 weeks before I do my laundry it was frustrating. Hope they do better next time when it come to customers service.

We have lived here since 2004. We have been though many owners and managers. These Apts are old and charge a lot of money for parking in front of your apartment. They put up carports which they charge alot. We pay for trash removal. Your not given a choice. We do have a work out room. They removed the washers and dryers to put in a pet wash. It's a good place to live It's expensive for older apartment complex.

Dont! 100,000% Do not recommend, run! Turn around! The property is anything but luxury. My Unit flooded twice, repairs take awhile, management wouldn't comply with ADA and service animal, took me 6 months to get handicap parking with Amber. (I gave her the paperwork in june, moved in Aug. Did not get handicap parking until October, after having to fuss.) Their also is no ramps to access units, just stairs. Corporate is unreachable as well. My service animal was attacked by a resident, Marcos showed no concern. He (Marcos) refused to give me any information to contact resident. Animal control got involved and he wouldn't comply with them. When i tried to talk to him with a friend present he pushed me and slammed the door on me. He (Marcos) charged $500 upon move out for cleaning and blinds. They tend to charge months behind for services. One month rent may be $200 less, two months later rent is $200 more and Marco will say oh we forgot. I have lived in Austin for 4 years i have never seen a staff so unprofessional and so nonchalant. I would email and tag Michelle the property representative for corporate, never would respond to anything, when i call oremail she is always "traveling", seems she traveled more than southwest.when the unit flooded they hung up on my agent to where she came in person, and he refused to meet with her. I was approached by Marco to change my review to above one star. I could go on. I have 8 pages of documentation in regards to my 10 months of living there with text screenshots and photos, as well as witnesses. I feel any other property in Austin would give you the respect you deserve as a tenant, not here. Here its just pay. We don't really want to Manage it, nor deal with any problems.

The treatment they give in the offices is terrible. All arrogant the girl, poorly educated, was lazy to write me the amount of the rent. What do you want? That I learn from memory the monthly rent plus the extra monthly payments? If that's the office treatment, I don't want to imagine living there. They should change the staff and have a good deal with customers, what they are doing is scaring them. And it was a black-haired girl who works on Saturday.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I absolutely would. I am writing this review for my mom. She was living here for over a year and had the absolute worst time. Never was able to get maintenance at her apartment no matter how many request. Her AC went out and had to BEG them to come in to fix it. Marcos is the worst about scamming you out of your money. He even charged my mom for “damages” that were there for months that she had begged them to come fix and never did. Do not become a victim of this new management

A/C went out. Gave us a portable a/c until new unit was put in. Fridge stopped working, put in new fridge a couple days later. Mgmt very nice, maintenance on point.

Thank you for an easy online maintenance requests and leaving notes to show me the work was completed while I was at work. I appreciate the prompt and thorough work! Always better than expected maintenance work!

The grounds are nice, and the apartments are nicer, but what sold me on wanting to make my home here was Quetzal. She was lovely and personable, answered every question I had, and by the time my tour was over I had decided that I wanted to rent here primarily because of her. Unlike other places I've looked at she genuinely took an interest in me, had a a conversation with me instead of simply reciting facts, and did not rush me or push me in any way. I cannot say enough nice things about her, and as the representative of the property, she definitely made me feel welcome and at home.

I have live here for several years and the company recently bought and is managing the apartments it is the worse that there has ever been. An entrance gate that only worked for one week. After that this was never repaired. AC vents and units with mold yuck!
Amenities antler not well maintain and whatever complain is raised it’s just brushed off by management.
Please do yourself a favor and skip this place all along!

This is absolutely this worst complex i’ve ever lived in. I’ve been here for 2 years and I was happy and content with the old owners until the new management came in. They are down right scammers! They don’t care about their tenants at all! Amenities will be broken for MONTHS. Maintenance requests will NEVER get fixed. Marcos will try his hardest to scam you out of your money! DO NOT BE A VICTIM! If i could add ZERO stars i would. They do not care about you or your families.

There’s a charge point charger in the community, but it has been deactivated for around a year now while no sign of when it will come back online, while the website is still advertising EV charging station.

Overall I like the community, I like the admin staffs, they are helpful when I needed help, but if you drive EV, make alternate plan for charging.

Can not say good enough things about some of the employees that work here. One of our dogs got out of the backyard, and the head Maintenance guy and Receptionist were both extremely helpful in getting the family back together. These two deserve a RAISE!

The bogus management at this location is really ridiculous they charged me all kinds of fees for a light bulb being burnt out when i was the one that bought the light bulbs, Maintenance is always hard for them to fix something here from roaches, From fumigations. The rent is ridiculously high. For the price they want I can have a modern apartment with great new appliances. From even a roll you can't have three plants outside on your patio are on your door ridiculous would never rent here again.

Don’t move into this community. The manager Marcos (property manager) nickel and dime you at the end of the lease. I got charged for fixtures that were not working before when it was Laurel woods and Marcos has the nerves to charge me for something they didn’t fix when the new management took it over. It is a money pit community. All the negative reviews are true. Beware of Marcos and Amber, they are not attracting business, they are doing the opposite. Also you can’t park your own car in the parking lot. Ridiculous. Anyways I’m glad I’m out of there. Don’t be a victim

Marcos made the process very simple and explained basically everything from sign up to move in. I picked here because the staff was nice, it has a pool and a gym, which has dumbbells plus treadmill and it’s always clean in there which is really nice. The floor plans are a great size and I’ve had no problems at all, not even with maintenance, and usually in other apartments you always have issues with maintenance, but not here, which I’m glad to say. Just move it, you’ll like it lol.
