Summit Urgent Care - East El Paso

I was promptly attended to and the staff was very gentle with me on the wheelchair and during my xrays. They made this painful visit a smooth one.

Fast and easy. Con the don’t take Champva so it adds up fast since they charge for everything.

I was happy and “amazed” that on New Year’s Day it was open. Then the professionalism of the staff was incredible. I had a bad cold and was out of there in less than half an hour. Incredible!

I’ve been using Summit Care for years and by far the staff is the best now and very efficient. As a practice owner myself I know excellence in care and Summit has shown they are kind, quick, and helpful.

I usually don’t like going to any urgent cares or ERs due to how long the wait time is. Summit Urgent Care was fast and doctor was awesome! She would continuously go in and out my room to keep me updated. She answered all my questions and relieved my pain. I highly recommend this place for your urgent needs.

Excellent! Whenever I am in need of medical services, I always feel I receive top notch treatment at Summit Urgent Care Center.

This was my first time visiting a Summit clinic and I was pleasantly surprised. Not only did they assist me with getting a copy of my health insurance (something the clinic provided by my district would not even think to offer) but they were pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable.

Everyone was very kind and helpful. Did not like the new sign in process to do on your own phone once you were in the clinic. I was ill and not feeling well and was alone and had to do it all by myself. However, every person I encountered were very kind and professional. I feel so much better after going to the clinic. The PA was wonderful and listened. The women in the front were very kind to me and the med techs were sweet. They all deserve a raise!

But not happy with your procedure of filling out checking questions. Very inconvenient i hope it changes

Waste of money of your copay and time that's what you will waste. Took my dad cuz he wasn't feeling himself they just told me to fill put questions of covid and other necessary paperwork, when I was done they said I had to go outside and leave my dad there while other people had their families with them. When he was done they only told him to go to the hospital to go get tested the next day, thank god I didn't take him the next day I took him that same night since he didn't have the flu or covid they just gave him cold medicine for no reason when I took him to the hospital the knew right away something was wrong it was his sugar levels and these people just gave him cold medicine if you know someone's a diabetic why don't you just tell them to go to the hospital rather than waste money on some cold medicine.

Took my daughter in last week they looked at her sent her home said she’s fine. Day later she wa throwing up, coughing, sore throat, fever. Guess what she wasn’t fine. But they sure did take that insurance card and co pay! Brought her back today. They wanted me to fill out more forms on my phn take pictures of my insurance, driver’s license again? What do the ladies in the front get paid for doing? What a waste of time and money! I’m a firm believer that this clinic does insurance fraud! I told the lady I didn’t think I should have to refill out forms on my phn and she said ok bye. Unbelievable save your co pay and go somewhere else! They are lazy and obviously the physicians don’t have a clue about providing care.

Love this place always quik. However the new "in line " system took a long time to put my DOB had to scroll by month

I was very pleased with my visit today. The waiting was not very long and PA was very knowledgeable and took good care of me. The whole staff was very helpful. I went in for a lot of pain on my neck They prescribed an antiviral medication bcuz I was diagnosed with shingles.

The lady at the front told me to sit down as she took 4 other people and then asked me finally to fill out a website sheet that she never even sent me the people and doctors are great but she just did something that was unnecessary I never got a message she instead let 5 people go ahead of me told me to sit down didn’t even sign me in.

Physician Assistant, Angelica, is always so kind, considerate and accurate. I truly appreciate you!
