Staff are knowledgable, professional, and friendly. My dermatologist Ashley Nutter is amazing. She sits and listens to my concerns and finds a resolution.

Excellent service. I never wait longer than 10 minutes to be seen. My visits are quick and to the point. Everyone is nice.

No issues with the service or the staff; however, they don't answer the phone (goes to an answering machine), they don't return my calls, and they do not respond to emails.

The provider is acceptably nice and has helped move me forward on a path for treatment. I can’t complain. But the nurse was not friendly and made me feel uncomfortable-the head nurse, particularly. It would be beneficial to the clinic for her to work towards a more warm and empathetic demeanor with patients. Minus 1 star for that and I’m being generous. Also minus 1 star for the environment. This is an older building that needs a lot of updating. Definitely a different experience compared to my others and I have seen a dermatologist regularly since I was a young child.

The staff were nice but this facility needs some imperative improvements. The walls and the doors are paper thin so you can hear everything from the other patient rooms.

Staff was nice, but the wait goes over the apppointment time by a rather large amount of over 15 minutes.

The care I received from PA Ashley Nutter has been excellent. She explains everything as we go along in my care and has been considerate and gentle.

I have had three visits and no major issues. I would continue to be treated by this provider in the future. When the need arrives.

I came in today on my appointment I dont see any problem! Except the door locked when I get there can't get in, staff in the office are ok and do what his supposed to do, and Dr. Ashley she is so fast, done it quickly! So over all it's all good.

Temple Dermatology gave me a terrible feeling from the start. I was the first patient in the waiting room when I witnessed trash overflowing from the waste bin; the floor needed to be cleaned, and the lighting was dim.
This office did not give you the appearance of a professional environment.
I completed all documents 15 minutes before my appt. I waited 30 minutes past my appt and had yet to be seen.
So, I canceled my appt because if I am expected to be on time, I expect the provider to be on time or at least announce that they are running behind. I hope you have better service.

Ashley is an amazing she had knowledge and compassion… the receptionist took 6 20’s and a 5 to come up to me and tell me I gave him 5 20’s a 5 and 1 dollar count out ya money and wait for the receipt. Doctor need honest staff great service bad reception.

It was my first time visiting, and it was fantastic! Ashley and Shea were wonderful and very helpful. They truly listened to my worries and assisted me in understanding my skin problem. Unfortunately, I witness a late person treat the manager horribly, and the manager handled it professionally. Just because you were late for your appointment and want to take my time (the people who were on time to their appointment) doesn’t give you any right to be ugly inside and out, I don't see how you want to quarrel with someone who wants to help you and gaslight the staff. Other than that, staff members have apologized to me when it was unnecessary and not their fault. 10/10 amazing staff! Amazing PA and amazing Management service!
