Sun auto team was friendly and very knowledgeable and took care of all my needs. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The team that stayed over from Louetta seems to be gone and the new Sun Auto pricing is absolutely insane. Charged me separately for thermostat and housing at $280 for a part that is only sold together for $80 from dealer. Added in coolant flush and fill even though I didn’t ok it and wasn’t even necessary given I just had that done. Then I had to take vehicle back because it started overheating after their repair. They said the new part was defective. Then about a week later I had a different brand new part leaking from “road damage” even though there was no sign of anything hitting my car anywhere else. Seems kind of suspect to me.

Took another vehicle there and was told a particular part was about $140, only sold via dealer. Found it at Auto Zone for under $40. Honestly the dealer is probably cheaper for repairs, general maintenance items like brakes, etc.

Just about every simple repair is $1500+ and I’m at the point where I’ll go to the dealer or repair it myself from now on.

Great service at Sun Oil on House Hal road. They go above and beyond with their service. I’ve been using them since 2013 for oil changes, new tires, AC/heater, wheel bearings.

Took the diagnostic fee and found out I had a electrical issue with my power windows. Was told that they will be working on ordering parts but never got a call back.

10 year customer…. While this was a place with professional service you could once trust now under new management and will not return. Ordered the incorrect oil filter after coming in person for oil change and could not seem to find simple oil filter that others have in stock. While I understand mistakes happen, communication was unprofessional from tech.

Aaron, store manager was very helpful both in the phone and in person. I had several questions about automotive maintenance and he answered in layman’s terms. Great place and the service was fast and professional.

Arren assisted me today and he was polite, professional and very thorough with explaining what was going on with my car. I also appreciate that they have a complimentary shuttle to take you home while car your is being repaired. I will continue taking my car here.

It was the easiest most convenient car maintenance ever! A little pricey (for me) but you get what you pay for and I don’t mind paying that much for peace of mind.

The service was great as far as them being very kind, but once again I was taken advantage of as a woman and charged $700 for rear break pads and rotors not realizing I was being screwed. Lesson learned

I had a great experience. The mechanics were friendly and I did not feel like they were trying to take advantage of me by repairing my vehicle. They completed the work beyond my expectations and did not overcharge.

As always the team at Sun Auto did an excellent job on the repair and communicating during the process. The customer service is always superior. Arren handled it all well. You are in good hands with the team at this location.

My car was dead in the nearby parking lot. They walked over, brought it to the facility and I was out of there in like 1.5hrs. Fantastic crew. Thanks fo the help.

I can't speak on Sun Auto as a company, but I will say that Ahn is a great person to work with. He takes care of his customers, explains things clearly, and always gives honest advice and guidance.

The work was done professionally and on schedule, the technician is a knowledgeable person who explain the issue and give recommendations for needed repair

Great service and quick. Lounge area with WiFi to do work while waiting or option for a shuttle. Got in at 7: 00 and out the door at 7: 50.
