Don't believe them when they say they rotated your tires. We tried them twice for regular service and they lied both times about rotating the tires. Seems insignificant but it's so dishonest and shows you how they do business.

Sun Auto team solved my issue very quickly even though I had never been there before.
I appreciated the prompt attention that got me back on the road.

Do not go hear unless you don’t love the car, worst service, charges are very high, I serviced my BMW with them paid 950$, next week my car engine got jammed, they didn’t help further, I had to sell the car to scrap … very rude people

I got my auto inspection done late in the afternoon. I expected to hear excuses as to why they wouldn’t be able to since it was so late. But they we’re able to get me in and out so fast. The gentleman at the front desk was awesome when it came to customer service. I saw him with other customers as they came in. He treated everyone the same. He even reminded me I could go to the H‑E‑B service center to get my sticker. I live two blocks from my H‑E‑B. Great job!

The team are all great. They are fair and truthful. They make you feel safe and welcome. Iv been going to them for two years now. I would highly recommend them to all car owners.

It's my 2nd visit there and they are very helpful and courteous. Even offered a ride home and back. I definitely recommend.

The employers were very professional and friendly. I would only recommend a daily cleaning of the waiting area.

Adam an Colton are very good to work with got home realized the mileage written down was no where near what my mileage was call back Colton sd he would fix it. Went back 10 days later the new manager was very rude he sd he sd he threw it away. Treated me very bad. This place was being run into the ground poor management. Not any better think 2
Update 12 /28. Went today oil change everything was good
Went today different vehicle. Oil change an had ck engine light. They informed me it was something we had pd a mobile mechanic to repair 11 months ago. Still on warranty. Very honest company. Trustworthy. Before when under different management they were not.

Have had good experiences in the past, but the people working the front desk now are giving off a scammy vibe. Bought a battery last year that now failed. The guys have it all in their database but can't seem to find the proof that their shop bought the battery from the manufacturer. Hence, could not offer us to use the manufacturer guarantee. How convenient for them! You can bet that receipt will magically appear and the shop cash in on the guarantee themselves.

The markup on new parts is also quite insane, like 70%. I'll def avoid this place in the future, which is unfortunate since it's at a convenient location.
