Sun City Medical Clinic, El Paso TX

Just moved from California and scheduled an appointment with Dr. Padilla with Sun City Medical for a first-time visit. Sun City Medical has not only earned a five star rating, they have achieved what most other medical providers lack, which is true professionalism, dedication and how to treat their patients. From the front desk staff to Dr Padilla himself, I have never received such professional service. This team is caring, sincere, knowledgeable, open and willing to listen to your needs and keenly answer any of your health concerns. A good medical provider is hard to come by, so if you are looking for the best, look no further than Dr. Padilla and his team at Sun City Medical.

Can you let a zero star? I transferred to them because they are open on weekends but they don’t care about your concerns or the reason you’re even going to the doctor. My prior dr sent me for an ultrasound and sun city medical won’t even look at the results and let me know what is going on.

Went in last week see a Dr since I work out of town needed some prescriptions refilled so decided get physical while there. I was put in couple different rooms getting examed (nice friendly employees) was at the end of my visit so I mentioned I didn't speak to a Dr I have some questions to ask. Was told that they are all busy front desk told me can set up appointment for next day. Really I literally just came out the door told them I would like to speak to a Dr no more than 5 min. Asked to speak to a manager CINDY SANCHEZ comes out tells me she understands my frustration pretty much tells me everything I want to hear. Tells me she will have a Dr call me right back.well that didn't happen not that day not the next day that I called her and not the 3rd day that I called either. I asked what about the prescription I needed filled on the 3rd day not sure the gentleman's name was but he took care of that considering they never even asked where to send it to.well with all being said Mrs CINDY SANCHEZ conducted her self very unprofessional and if she can't return a simple phone call maybe because she realized day one was being unprofessional day two she pretty set her mind on telling me to go F.ind myself another place to go day 3 and for I'm pretty sure she was like F.orget him he must of left out of town by now since I told her I was only going to be in town for one week and had to be out of town for like the next 3months!
With that being said I would not recommend this place to any one and I hope this gets your attention Mrs CINDY SANCHEZ.since u couldn't have the common courtesy to return my call for a week! Thank you to the rest of the staff that was friendly and helpful.but as for me I will find anther place next time I'm home just hope I don't get treated as CINDY SANCHEZ treated me‍️

As a family we like Sun City Medical. Wait time is never long, the front desk is always helpful, informative and understanding. They all go out of their way to help.

Was looking for a new PCP and hands down this clinic is the best. Fast and great service, they listened and addressed all of my concerns. The exam was very thorough. The staff is amazing they listen and care for their patients. I highly recommend this office.

This was my first time at this facility, the staff working behind the front receptionist area was Exceptional. Upto include the Doctor’s. However the receptionist need tons of work; they act like they’re doing you a favor and you should be glad to be help by them. The the experience anywhere starts when you are first greeted anywhere. If they take these surveys serious they will make changes.

The staff is very professional and polite. Doctor Isabel took her time to answer all my questions. I had a good experience at my doctor's appointment.

At first I was nervous to go see a new doctor. New patient visits can be nerve wrecking but from the first contact with the front desk, they were so welcoming. My nerves eased and the doctor was amazing. Can’t remember if it was Dr Maria Padilla or NP Veronica Padilla But I left feeling much better about my concerns. The entire staff was welcoming, even for a Friday.

New here, had my physical today! Doc Padilla is great. Pau showed me my heart during the sonography- pretty cool! Thank you

Everyone was very friendly. Wait time was minimal. They did several tests and thoroughly explained what each one was for and how they were going to proceed. And they were very helpful by answering all my questions

Dr Padilla is an amazing doctor very attentive and friendly
My daughter refer him to us and I thank my daughter for the recommendation
My complain is the front desk nurses and some staff are rude and impolite not friendly, some of them speak with authority not friendly
On one occasion I called asking if I can go in with my spouse, bcuz my spouse doesn’t tell exactly everything to doctors
I was told I was able to go in, however, when it was time to go in to see the doctor they didn’t allow me to go in. I had just had foot surgery and if the staff wouldn’t of lie to me I would of stayed home instead of going
The nurses always say “let me ask the doctor”if it’s ok if I go in with my spouse, which is also a lie, bcuz on an occasion my daughter had an appointment with Dr Padilla and she asked the doctor about this matter
If I’m unable to go in with my spouse we are changing doctor bcuz it does no good to get treatment when the doctor is unaware of what is going on with my spouse
Very disappointed and discouraged in the staff of this facility. My spouse never likes to see any doctors and now that he is comfortable with dr Padilla… it’s unfortunately
My daughter is a nurse and never will she be uncourteous to her patients

The staff and doctors at sun city medical center are amazing. Always making sure their patients are safe and comfortable. Also a very clean environment. Thank you for taking care of me and my family and keeping us healthy

Sun city medical has always been a fabulous experience. The providers are top notch and their staff is courteous, knowledgeable, caring and alway willing to help you understand treatments and procedures. They will always answer any questions you may have. I enjoyed the little time I had in the lobby they called me at my appt.which I thought was pretty nice. I enjoyed everybody's welcoming I fell in love with Sun City Medical Clinic thank you all for such a great job. Dr. Edaurdo Gonzalez professionalism was done very well. I command him on that.
