Had such good vibes during my c section. I had my baby jamming to "down under" by men at work

I have nothing bad to say about Dr. Noe, but his staff is doing a great job at burning his name. My last visit there I had asked how much I owed from an exam I had done. I paid the balance in full according to the receptionist. Next week I received an email stating I owed more. I called to get more details, they left me on hold for 30 minutes, she came back on the line and asked if I had been helped. I gave her my name and all info AGAIN, left me on hold for ANOTHER 10 minutes. Mind you they have about 4 receptionists in the front chatting every time I go and never have more than 1 patient in the waiting area. I told them they need to do a better job at their customer service skills and I was taken back when the receptionist told me “We are NOT in customer service” wow.ma’am you most definitely are in customer service I can and WILL take my business else where. Do NOT waste your time and money here, they treat you like dirt and the receptionists think they are doctors apparently.if you didn’t go to school and you’re a receptionist I’m sorry to burst your bubble, but you are in customer service and your job is to treat customers with respect.

I don’t ever leave negative reviews, this place definitely Needs one though. This is by far THEE most inconvenienced we’ve ever been in ANY situation by far. Let me start by saying this, I’m not by any means the one who is dealing with pregnancy but my spouse has been through hoops and back with this place. If I can help someone else in avoiding this place SO BE IT!

We scheduled our first appointment in Early December 2019. First appointment went well, we were due for a follow up within 4 weeks. The medical assistant let us know of a date in which my spouse would be able to be have a sonogram done as she is a high risk pregnancy. They showed us the dates in which a sonogram technician would be “available”. As most others we work full time jobs so we began to make accommodations in our work schedules to meet the needs of the office so that we can be seen by a technician on said date. January 2020 we arrive to the appointment only to be told the technician was not available and we would not be able to have a sonogram completed until our follow up appointment in 4 weeks. This is where the headaches began. No call was ever placed to us prior to the appointment, we had taken time off from work to meet the required timeframe for the technician to see us, but we understand things happen. The medical assistant took a notice to how annoyed we looked at this, and offered a follow up with the actual DOCTOR in 4 weeks. We said hey, that makes up for it let’s go ahead and do that. 4 weeks go by. We’re now nearing our appointment and literally about a day or so before the appointment we receive an email stating the doctor would not be able to see us on that date as they had a staff meeting being done on that date. A reschedule for a later date would be needed. Surprise surprise right? I mean, they at least made an attempt to reach us. Okay. We opted for the reschedule for the doctor sometime early February. What do ya know, literally 3 days go by and we received ANOTHER email stating the doctor would not be available on that date. At this point we were soooo fed up. Keep in mind, my spouse is high risk and had not received a sonogram since the beginning of December. OH and let me throw this out there as a bonus. At the appointment in January my spouse was advised the baby did not have her blood type and would need a shot so that her body would not mistake it as a virus of some sort. Still not priority enough to be seen as soon as possible I guess. A blood test was then ordered for the genetics of the baby. When we called for a status on the blood work a few weeks later they could not find the order. GET THIS. We were told they never actually submitted the order on the blood, who knows what they ended up doing with it but at this point you can imagine how livid we were.we began exploring our options as we had been continuously turned away by this doctor. Thank GOD we were able to find one so soon. The first day we scheduled the appointment what do ya know, the doctor ACTUALLY spoke to us and made us feel so much at ease. My spouse is now almost 5 months pregnant and not once ever spoke to Dr. Noe let alone even be seen by him. Almost half her pregnancy completed at little to no care of this facility. Please guys, heed my warning and save yourselves the headache. To you Dr. Noe, I hope you change procedures as I’m sure We cannot be the only one going this at your facility.

No idea why this practice has such a horrible rating. I have never been pregnant (thank GOD) so I have not personally been treated by Dr. Noe, however the nurse practioner, Ms. Carol, has been nothing short of incredible. She was able to answer every question I had with thorough explanation, educated me in everything I've ever wanted to know about women's health. She is kind and gentle with examinations, I would recommend her to any woman, especially younger women who are seeing this type of professional for the first time.

If you want to be ignored and completely disregarded as a patient, come to Sun City Women's Health Care. There is no urgency in this clinic and there seems to be a lot of miscommunication between staff (not to mention between patients as well). There are many other decent clinics here in El Paso but if you MUST come to Sun City Women's clinic, do not bother with calling, make sure to actually go in person to get things taken care of.

I’ve been a patient since 2012 and honestly I’ve had nothing but incredible service and care. The staff is friendly and helpful, Ms Carol is informative, approachable, caring and knowledgeable. Dr Noe is the best doctor and I think anyone who has experienced their pregnancy with him as a doctor can tell you this! He’s been supportive, caring, and such an incredible doctor during our pregnancy and prior to that. I couldn’t imagine my pregnancy without him as my doctor. Anyone who is looking for an OBGYN, I HIGHLY recommend him and his staff. There’s a reason why he’s so known and loved in this city. Thank you for everything Sun City!

IF YOU SCHEDULE PATIENTS FOR AN APPOINTMENT AT 245PM AND TELL THEM TO BE HALF AN HOUR BEFORE TELL THEM TO BE HERE AT 215 NOT HALF A DAMN HR LATER. THEN HAVE TO RESCHEDULE THEM BC THEY PATIENT GETS THERE AT 245PM AT THEIR ASSIGNED APPT TIME. JUST SAYING PPL HAVE JOBS AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR YOU JUST TO TOY WITH THEIR LIVES LIKE THAT!

Front Desk lady is very nice and always so helpful. She has helped me when I needed to quickly get a refill of my BC and helps me schedule my yearly check ups with no struggle. The doctors are very nice and informative. Great service
