Sun Loan Company, El Paso TX

I really like this company I have been with them a couple of years and I can honestly say they totally care for their clients. They have help me a lot with my credit, they have all the answer to my questions and beside that they have excellent customer service. I have recommended them to friends and family and they were happy as well. Thank you Sun loan for always willing to help.

In this company either you have zero problems, or a lot of problems with them. That depends on you. I have fell a little behind on my payments & i get so scared that i start having problems, but they are sooo nice to still help me out, & wait for me to be ready to give my payment, They work with you, if you work with them. I am very happy & satisfied with this company because It is helping my credit & they help you to apply & get everything you need!

If you’re looking for good quality and assistance this is the place to go! A woman named Evelyn helped me and was very professional with her work, love this place definitely 10/10

I am absolutely disappointed with this company.
At first I thought it was just the rude employees that call you asking for your payment raising their voice at you and telling you that they dont care about no virus pandemic. But also the company alone, they have not done one thing to help the customers that lost their jobs and cant pay in time. Dont bring your business to this company. Unless you want to be yelled at for non payment and tell you that you are irresponsible about your credit.

If could I would give them a zero I would.these people have been making great amounts of money out of me for two yrs.it all started with a small loan then I got assaulted and fell behind.since then they pretend to care but their goal is to get you more in dept by refinancing to supposedly protect your credit and when try to make partial payment they deny you just to pressure you to make full payment and if not you get sent to collections. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER ONLY ABOUT THEM SELVES.

If you get Angel forget it he will not help. Called 4 times. Was put on hold and then will hang up on you,

Everytime i needed cash they are there. If u have problems with them, its cause they have problems with you. Pay your bills on time and they will make ur credit go up. Dont pay and ull have bad reports. They dont bug if u give a promise date and still theyll work with you. You go missing and of course theyll look for you everywhere its common sense. Simple as that. Good company that reports to cred burough

This place dosent even diserve a one. Save your time dont get a loan there worst palce ever.they Harass you to give them your payments and the other thing is that they get information that you didnt give them from who nos where dont trust this laon cpmapany.

These people have the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. First of all, I asked to do an app over the phone, 3 days later still no call. When I finally called back they say their too busy to call. The lady gave me her bad attitude and treated me like I'm some kind of bum looking for a hand out. Stay away. I called world finance after and my God they took very good care of me. I'm just stating the facts.
