I just purchased a house last year and had several questions pertaining to this year's tax return. AnnMarie was professional and thorough. So far so good. Not sure if they do report to the 3 credit bureaus as I've only seen the account being opened, but I don't see them as reporting every month at the end of the month on my credit reports. But my credit went up a few points by opening the loan with them.

Sun loans you can make payments on a $30,000 Harley davidson but you ask for a $350 loan that I need but get denied because of my credit note I said make payment on a 2017 harley n you have to have good credit with them n past years I've tried borrow money from sun loan n run into the same denial every time so this will be the last time I ask for their help

The girls are great when you first need a loan and they work with you. I recently lost my job and have more important bills such as rent and utilities to pay and have explained to them multiple times that I simply do not have the money to pay them at the moment. All they care about is they're money and I understand that this is a business and they need to collect the payments, but when you have a customer who is literally days away from losing everything and they are telling you that they do not have the money a little compassion would go a long way. As a customer who is stressed beyond words can say, and is trying her best just to stay afloat, I think it is completely ridiculous that they are not willing to work with or understand the situation. Mid you, I have had a loan with them for quite some time and have never missed a payment before this situation. Again I understand that they need to collect the payment and I am not faulting them for doing their job, just maybe don't be such jerks about it. Like I said a little understanding and compassion would go a long way. When I do finally pay off the loan I have, I will not do business with them again or refer anyone to them.

I have been borrowing from Sun Loan off and on for about 4 years now and here's why.this is NOT a payday loan, it's an installment loan which means if you make timely monthly payments you can actually grow your credit. I have improved my credit score to the point where I have been able to get a Wells Fargo credit card and finance a car. Sun reports to the 3 major credit bureaus which is important if you are trying to repair or build your credit. The real bonus is that the ladies at the Round Rock office are WONDERFUL! They treat you with the upmost respect! Thanks Sun Loan for being a #1 company to do business with!
