I had a death in the family. I explained to the company via email. When I spoke to the office NOBODY sent their condolences! They just asked for the money. I just hung up on Salena who was asking for $15 past due amount. I explained that I would not bring the account up to good until sept. And she said that wouldn’t work! So I paid what I could a few minutes ago. $100 that I really needed…! You should be lifting me up, not bring me down!
