The best equipment service, repair and warranty claim work in DFW. They handled my warranty claim on a circular saw and a battery powered caulk gun and got them replaced with new. Highly recommend!

Repaired before the estimated completion date. Repaired everything that needed repair. And they cleaned it! The only thing that they could to improve, open a branch in Denton so it’s closer to me. But if not, I would drive the extra distance for this service any time.

I was referred to Sunbelt Lawn Equipment.as a factory-authorized warranty center by Ryobi. When I contacted Sunbelt Lawn Equipment, via phone, I got a live CS rep. Maggie prepared me for the anticipated time to get my blower inspected, parts ordered, and repairs made. I dropped it off a few days later.

It was a pleasant surprise when I received a phone call from them that my equipment was ready weeks ahead of schedule.

If only my earlier multiple calls to Ryobi had been more productive instead of a run around with 1) no one picking up during regular business hours, and then an automated response requesting my zip code, so it could check out and either read off or text a potential service center at a time. The first one I called I hit a voicemail. The second one I actually spoke directly with Maggie at Sunbelt Lawn

Went for ridgid drill warranty. They replaced the whole unit! Warranty does take a month or so just be prepared.

I've had to take 2 lawn mowers here and both experiences were excellent! Really quick work and fixed the issue, no hassle. Great staff, professional and friendly.

Needed a Rigid sander repaired. Dropped it off and was called a couple of weeks later and presented a new sander under the warranty. Friendly, and good service. My only negative s with Rigid and not Sunbelt- they are the only repair shop in the metroplex and I had a pretty long drive to get there.

Fastest help I have ever gotten. I had a problem with my ryobi after and I got it fixed in 2 minutes flat with detailed instructions. Friendly people and best help. I will come back again.
