Way too expensive for me. I can buy the equipment I needed for the same as the rental, so I did. It was less expensive than the rental price.

I called their 24/7 support for questions regarding a next day rental and was put through to a local on-call rep. Elandon was very helpful during this call and assisted in getting everything necessary handled for the next morning. The rental went smoothly and the equipment functioned perfectly. I got the unit back to them and the closeout was just as easy. The staff made sure that I was able to operate the machine and went out of their way to get me what I needed.

Do your due diligence though. Ask questions that matter such as ball and hitch size, weight, safety concerns. Their website has plenty enough information on it to figure out needs before you show up unprepared. For example, I needed a 2 5/16 tow hitch and they happened to be out of them. I bought one before showing up. A little research and prep goes a long way. They can only do so much hand holding.

The folks were very helpful, made sure I understood the cons and the pros of renting the equipment I was renting. They just were not out for the money. Also nice to know good honest folks still exist. Will be back if I need some I just can’t buy or need for future home projects.

Rent a trailer and a lift and won't secure it to the trailer. I could understand if I was using my own trailer. Explained that other rental places secure their equipment to a rented trailer (I just rented a skid steer and they did) couldn't remember name of the place, and the Sunbelt rep basically called me a liar. Walked out. Will not be back.

Worst rental service ever. I rented s floor sander. The sander turned off intermittently, being unexperienced with floor sanders thought this was normal. Called 4 separate times about issues regarding a burning smell and it turning off intermittently. I was told all 4 times it was normal. I even told them to come pick it up due to it being broke. They told me no it was my responsibility, when I got my truck to bring it back they wanted to charge me $340 for a 9 days use. I called about it being broke on day 2. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! TERRIBLE SERVICE TERRIBLE EQUIPMENT

Manager had a bad attitude with us. We already paid for a tractor and trailer, they wouldn't provide tie down chains. Other sunbelts have always secured the tractor down for us, the manager didn't believe us and called another location for proof. Manage told us "we don't give away free straps, " assuming we were going to steal them. Never going back again.
