Sunbelt Rentals, Katy TX

Having to wait 15 minutes or more to get loaded after All ready riding rental for curbside employee walking around on phone. I am the onlg one here waiting to pick up and still waiting.

An American company that does not accept cash? No thanks! My dollars will be spent elsewhere with a company that actually cares about their customers.

The crew working at this location are great. Everyone was helpful and nice.

@Daniel M. First of all one star for a paperwork issue? Goto any rental company. They ALL have paperwork issues. Daniel is obviously an employee at a competitors company. I have worked in the business for 10 years and for different companys. In all the places to work and get good rental equipment sunbelt is the best hands down no doubt about it. You notice Daniel didnt say anything about the quality of the equipment he rented which is usually newer and under warranty still. Have you looked at the same equipment from United Rentals? No comparison in quality and price. One star for a paperwork issue? Lol right!

Here are the facts:
I called in at 4: 50 to drop off my company’s rental equipment. It was dropped off before they closed. I had a full conversation with a gentleman that works there during those 10 minutes left. He told me I didn’t have to sign anything. I text my supervisor after I dropped off that the equipment was returned. I’m receiving a call 3 weeks later that the equipment was not returned.

My opinion: this is not good processing of returns of rental equipment. This service deserves less than 1 star.

Out of all the rental places around Katy, this place has the best customer service and the best prices!

Shane helped me with my rental.when I told him what I was looking to do, he matched me up with the right machine for the job and was easy to work with.when I had an issue with my machine, Tim helped me out with a smile on his face. When I returned the machine joey was there and he checked me out quickly. He even took time out of his day to show me some pointers for the next time I rented that machine. Joey was great! He went out of his way to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my rental experience and made clear sunbelts appreciation for my business.

When was the last time a place you visited thanked you for your business?

In contrast, Other places are rude, full of themselves and act as if I am bothering them.

As long as Shane and Joey are there, I will always go to sunbelt rentals. Thank you for a great experience!
