Horrible customer service at the Woodway location. Untrained staff, eventually had to call the corporate to handle my request.
Well I wish I could share some nice details I've been doing business with this company ever since they were 25th Street rental after driving a 200-mile round trip to get here to return a post hole auger blade it was closed and the message on the phone says oh we decided to take off for the day
If I could give zero stars I would. This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Not only they are changing parts on your rental agreement because it is the "local" company policy they are also adding materials because of "local" company policy. They charged me $8.50 for a strap even I brought my own straps. And on top of that they are just rude. Signs when you enter the premises are clearly stating to stay in your car and wait until assistance. Then they get rude and frustrated if you follow that.
During the coupling of the trailer the guy who brought the trailer told me he gets the coupler connected to the ball and the next second when he drives the trencher on the trailer the trailer flips up and nearly destroys the back of my car because the it wasn't secured to the ball. And on top of that this guy still gets annoyed even it was clearly his fault. Definitely the worst customer experience possible.
This was the first and the last time I rented from the "local" Sunbelt Rentals. Hopefully United Rentals does a better job for the big project I'm going to work on next month. Sunbelt definitely will not get my money again.
At least I hope that their national customer service is doing better. Complaint was sent. We will see. Stay safe out there everyone.
This location has horrible customer service, and do whatever the feel like doing. They will try to charge you without authorization. Not one employee was wearing a face mask even though there is a MANDATORY MASK ORDER STATE WIDE! Nor are they practicing social distancing. I went from giving them 3k in business per month to using another company! Beware.
